When you’re ready to venture out away from the home, The Parkway will be your direct route to all the fun and entertainment of downtown Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Be sure to drop by the Sevier County Courthouse to snap a selfie with the life-size statue of country music legend Dolly Parton, afterward heading over to Dollywood for a fun-filled day of roller coasters, rides, and live shows. More family-friendly activities await in Gatlinburg, such as Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, one of the top-rated aquariums in the U.S. Of course, you can’t pass up the opportunity to take a hike through the Great Smoky Mountains via one of several trailheads just a short distance from the home.

This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 4 private bedrooms, a full size sleeper sofa in the living room and an additional sofa sleeper upstairs.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with and single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, deck access, pedestal sink, and Jack & Jill bathroom shared with bedroom #4 with a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, deck access, pedestal sink, and Jack & Jill bathroom shared with bedroom #3 with a shower/tub combo.



The home also includes a half bathroom.

• The gas fireplace is available seasonally from October-March only.

• Driveway parking available for up to 4 vehicles.

• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, mounted above the front door and actively monitoring the home’s entrance.

Dollywood, a family theme park jointly owned by Parton is located 9 miles from the home.
