This was an amazing stay the owner went above and beyond for us and was quick with replies will be staying her agian if its not fully booked thats how great it is
The house was amazing, very clean, and spacious. Itâs is in a very quiet, friendly neighborhood. We had a great time, it felt like home away from home. I highly recommend.
Fernandoâs place is one of the nicest, cleanest, most comfortable homes weâve stayed in. He was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended him as a host and his home for a pleasant place to book.
Host was amazing very communicative and helpful. Very much appreciated on the stuff that was provided for us within the house. House was clean inside and out and perfect OVERALL. Will definitely be booking here again! Thank YOU â€ïž
The house was clean and okay for a short stay. However, I was under the impression that the stay included the whole house and it did not. Only 3 bedrooms were available with 1 bathroom. A separate room/bathroom was locked off and not accessible that made it very inconvenient with only 1 bathroom. I would recomend if anyone is expecting to utilize all the bedrooms that you are aware that there is only 1 bathroom available. The home is located on the outer parts of town so you have to drive a few miles for any shopping etc. Overall it was okay.

The house was beautiful as pictured. I booked this property for my now 4yrs old birthday. I booked over a little over a month ago. My dad came in from ND, as well as family travelled from the up north to celebrate with us. I didnât feel comfortable with stayed at the property. Less than a week from my scheduled stay i received a message from the owner asking me to cancel. I reached out to Vrbo there were only willing to give me half of the money back if I cancelled but if the owner cancelled I would receive the full refund. I asked the property manager to give me a call so I could see if he would just cancelled. I was forced to make another arrangements. After requesting a call then I was informed I could still have my event. I canceled my other arrangements, the night before the event I received a message saying if I have more than 5 guest I will be escort led off the property. I instantly started crying because I felt my event would be ruined. I knew I was open and honest with the property manager about the event. Me and my family recently dealt with a substantial loss in or family and just needed a little bit of happiness. I work for law enforcement my intention is always to have integrity. I know other people who have hosted a party at the property in January said she didnât experience any issues. I didnât have experience I would have loved to use the property for future events
We were at the property for one night only. House was clean and comfortable. Back yard was nicely landscaped. Kitchen had high end appliances (eg. coffee pot, toaster, air fryer combo oven), but plates, utensils, glassware and pots were lacking. Located in quiet neighborhood.
This property was booked a week ahead of time. Since this was our first experience, I was a little concerned because I wasn't familiar with the procedure. I texted the owner, Fernando Arias, three times, but I realize now that these were auto generated updates, not responses to my questions. My last communication was to ask for an early check in. No response. We arrived at the property at the check in time, 4:00pm. Garage door was open, but no one there. I assumed the front door would have a keypad to enter the code, which had been sent via email. There was none. We wandered around a bit and my husband rang the doorbell. Mr. Arias answered. It was apparent by the conversation that he was unaware that the property had been booked. He put us on hold and came back to explain that the property had not been cleaned and would be unavailable for at least another day. Let me remind you, this is at 4:00pm and we do not have accommodations that were booked and paid for. Not to mention we have a cat also. We were left to scramble to find accommodations that would accept a cat. Mr. Arias did not feel it necessary to contact us and inform us of the unavailability of the property.I cannot comment on the accommodations since we were unable to avail ourselves.
