VEUILLEZ NOTER: NOS BIENS À LOUER POUR UN MINIMUM DE 7 NUITS, DU SAMEDI AU SAMEDI.

Ce condo de style maison de ville contemporaine de 3 étages se trouve en face de l'océan sur l'avenue de l'Atlantique à l'extrémité sud de la zone de villégiature. Marche pour Rudee Inlet pour la pêche en haute mer, parachute ascensionnel, jet ski ou tout simplement la pêche de la côte.

Plan de l'Etage:

1er étage - in-law suite avec lit gigogne et salle de bain complète.

** NOTE:. Nécessité d'utiliser Extérieur Escalier pour accéder au 2ème étage **

2ème étage - Salle de séjour avec balcon attenant et salle à manger; demi-bain public; cuisine entièrement équipée avec bar, réfrigérateur, cuisinière électrique, lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes de comptoir; demi-bain public.

3ème étage - Chambre des maîtres avec lit Queen et salle de bain complète avec jacuzzi, 2ème chambre avec 2 lits doubles et salle de bain complète; balcon entre les chambres; utilitaire placard avec laveuse et sécheuse.

Great condo in the resort area.

Great condo in the resort area, directly across the street from beach access. Close to just about anything you need on vacation. Property management is great and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

Great Property

This location of this property cannot be beat. With a short walk to the beach and right across the street from Watermans (which we went to twice!) and the bay we will definitely consider coming back.

The condo was wonderful. Perfect for 3 couples. Kitchen was well stocked with all that you need. 3 bathrooms were great. My only negative would be the in-law suit could use some updating. It was very dark and a bit motel-ish feeling. Otherwise the place exceeded our expectations.

Family Vacation

Loved that it was at the end of the boardwalk. Less busy. But we could easily venture down towards 22nd street with all the nightlife. Loved the large bathrooms for the teenage girls. Nice kitchen…. We had a larger vehicle and the parking was challenging. Overall a great stay.

Awesome vacation!

We booked this unit for a 5 day family vacation, what we loved the most was the location, location, location. Beach is right across the street and there are near by restaurants and fishing areas. We bought fish back to New York to share with friends and family! lol. I would definitely come back and/or recommend this place. This property was more than spacious and perfect for my 8 person crew, more than enough bathrooms and the living room balcony made out to be the adult section, which we loved! Besides some minor flaws such as several outlets in the home did not work and the sofas are a little outdated we had an amazing time and we would definitely return! Thank you so much!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 4th time my family has stayed at this condo. The location is great! Directly across the street from public beach access. Close to all the nicer restaurants: Watermans, Chix , Rockefellers, and Rudee's Inlet. The Inlet is only a block away, so puts you close to watersports, parasailing, charter fishing, dolphin watching etc. The trolley dropoff is within 50 yards of the condo, so you can catch a trolley to "the strip", VIBE District, aquarium, mall and restaurants on Lakeshore. We love that it is on the south end, so it's much quieter than being in the middle of the "strip". The condo is well maintained, and the kitchen is nicely equipped with everything you need! Margie (property manager) is amazing!! We love this rental and will be back again!

It's a quiet location close to beach

Very nice location on a quiet end of the boardwalk. Very close to beach / boardwalk. Property was very clean. Just a little outdated but still very nice. Check-in was very old school requiring a paper signed agreement and physical keys pick up and drop off. Overall, a very satisfactory experience.

Property was in great spot . Clean well supplied with amenities , except for no Linens ( Bed stuff). Give it a 10. Management was great to work with. Would go back for sure. Close to restaurant's as well and shopping. Hardly drove anywhere, Gas Saver.

Great location. Property was clean & maintained. Was as seen in online photos. Carport was an added bonus. 1st floor suite super small though-used it for beach gear storage. Great stay. Would stay here again!

Location was excellent. It's on the end of a string of shops and beach. Relatively easy to get anywhere with ease. Off street parking was convenient. Our agent and associates were great with communication and addressing our concerns. Being xnavy, I loved seeing and hearing the jets. But USN respected sleep hours for the most part. Kids got to the beach at a whim while the old people relaxed. For the money this is the place. Only mild issue was the street lights at night and mattresses could use updating. But as a rental goes they were almost comfortable.

Family friendly. The kitchen is large and well supplied. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms worked well. The condo is a little dated but comfortable and maintained well. We enjoyed looking at the ocean from the balcony before walking over to the beach daily. We loved the restaurants nearby where we enjoyed the dinner out. The shower outside was a huge help washing the sand off after the beach. Thank you!

Perfect

The location was great and spacious. We cooked a ton and kitchen had everything we needed. We used washing machine and dryer which worked well. We spent a lot of time out on the balconies. Beds were so comfortable and bathrooms were great. The location was so close to the beach and near a playground, shuttle stop, and a place to get the boat to see the dolphins. We loved everything about it and recommend it!

Great Access to Surrounding Area

The great thing about this property besides the size and space is the location. It is easy to get in and out from. There is easy access by walking to local restaurants, shopping, activities and of course the beach. Another great thing is that you don't have to deal with all the hotel people all along the strip.
