This property and the host were awesome. The were very courteous, helpful and their responsiveness was top notch. The house was amazing and just what we needed. Close to everything. And the charm of this place was great, very comfy and cozy. I definitely would recommend this home and the hosts! And would stay there again!!

Great home and location

Long weekend with my mom. We enjoyed the house and fire pit immensely. Very comfortable, well equipped and clean. The location to beach, shopping and restaurants was great - an easy walk. Would recommend and stay again!

The place was just as described, check in and check out was easy. The place is very close to the beach and the unique structure of the home was lovely. The host were responsive of any questions that I had and were helpful.

Great Family Getaway

We were in Virginia Beach for the Adidas Indoor Nationals Track Meet. The house was a perfect place for my son to rest during the weekend, and it was very close to the Sports Complex. The house was very cute too!

Great Vacay Spot

We came into town to visit family and spend time at the beach. The house was very pretty, amazing, comfortable beds, lovely firepit and yard area for coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening. The walk to the beach is very close and while it's close to all the action of the boardwalk, it's tucked away enough to be very private and quiet! We would definitely stay again!

Ideal location with easy access to all VA Beach has to offer whether for vacation, sporting events at the VA Sports Center, or business. Walking distance to many things as well and good restaurants. House is newly and modernly renovated but with an old soul. The water pressure is an example but it didn’t distract from an overall pleasant stay. The property manager was quite communicative and helpful.

Amazing Cottage

We loved everything about staying at this place! From the overall look and comfort of the cottage to the convenience of all the modern appliances and amenities. The welcome bottle of Prosecco was a cherry on the top. Thank you for making us feeling at home while being away from home!

Quaint house with the perfect updates. Loved the farmhouse sink which we believed may have been original to the house. Adorable historical pictures from the boardwalk in the dining room. Quiet cozy backyard despite being on a busy street. Would stay again!

Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this cute and quaint beach cottage. It was very clean and communication from the owner was great! Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Only negative was the road in front of the house was noisy on the weekends but we just turned up our sound machines and the rest of the week it was minimal.

Nice house near vibe district

Very nicely decorated house pretty close to the beach. Check-in process is very simple. The house has a nice kitchen and good size bedrooms. All of the furniture and finishes seem new. It’s a short walk to coffee shops and breweries in the vibe district. I would give it a 4.5/5 if I could with the traffic noise and low water pressure being the only (minor) issues.

Great Spring Break getaway!!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect—everything was within walking distance, so we didn’t need to drive at all. Cathleen was amazing! We arrived earlier than expected and asked if we could park in the driveway while we explored the area. Not only did she allow it, but she also went above and beyond by letting us check in early. We truly appreciated her kindness and hospitality.The house itself was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are so grateful for the hospitality. Highly recommend!
