EMPLACEMENT! Ce Sandcastle Petite est à seulement un pâté de maisons de la promenade et de la plage! Votre emplacement est situé au 2ème étage d'un complexe de condominiums de 2 étages, au coin de 9th and Pacific, dans le prolongement de Atlantic Avenue! Rudee Inlet, Grommet’s Park, restaurants, boutiques et même le parc d’attractions se trouvent tous au coin de la rue ou à quelques minutes à pied! Nous maintenons une grande cuisine bien équipée comprenant un lave-vaisselle et de nombreux petits extras pour rendre la cuisine accueillante et conviviale! Une grande télévision à écran plat 47 pouces montée avec câble se trouve dans le salon et une télévision à écran plat plus petite avec câble se trouve dans la chambre principale. Il y a un lit queen dans la chambre principale, un lit double et un lit simple dans la deuxième chambre et un canapé-lit gigogne dans le salon. Il y a une buanderie payante au 1er étage du complexe et une place de parking réservée dans la rue. (Pour une voiture supplémentaire ou pour les visiteurs, une terrasse de stationnement horaire et de nuit se trouve facilement en face du garage de la 9ème rue. La porte d'entrée a une serrure codée pour une entrée facile et un séjour sans clé! Nous vous souhaitons la bienvenue chez vous! :)

Great Location

Cute condo in a great location. We were able to walk to the boardwalk in a few minutes. There are wonderful restaurants close by. We enjoyed Chix on the Beach, Rudee's by the marina, and Waterman's to name a few. We were also able to walk to the marina for two great boat tours. Holly was great, she was quick with replies and provided all information needed. We had a great stay.

Great Place, Excellent Location and Communicative Host

Holly was very responsive from the get go and gave us a local person for additional assistance when we arrived. The apartment was clean, bright and a wonderful place to make ourselves feel at home for the week. The location was great too- about a block to ocean, stores and restaurants and the tram was also a great option to have. We would definitely return! Thank you Holly!

Great location just a 5 minute walk to the beach!

This is a great little condo for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked, there was plenty of blankets and quality bath towels. The only thing we were missing was somewhere to hang wet towels and bathing suits-a drying rack would be a great addition. Thanks Holly and family for sharing!

Can't beat the location and price. Well stocked kitchen. Great cable internet. Furniture worn enough that one does not fear being the first to cause damage. Artwork on the walls painted by the owner is a nice touch.

Fantastic!

Great location — close to everything! Private on-site parking was a plus. And parking garage right next door for any extra guests. Host was amazing and responded to all questions in a timely manner. Unit is very close to street so there was a good bit of street noise but it wasn’t bad. We loved our stay and would love to stay again. Very clean. Just perfect. Thanks again!

Great place close to beach!

Pros: 3 blocks to beach (5 minutes) Close to the stores Clean Great size for a family of 4 1 free parking space Communication with owners Satellite TV and Wi-Fi Nicely stocked kitchen (w/ pots, pans, utensils, crock pot, blender, coffee pot, etc.) Lots of room for storage Cons (all just minor issues) Bedroom windows face 9th Street, which was loud Friday and Saturday nights (bought fan for background noise) 1 person kitchen (just had to make do-which wasn't a big problem) Parking spot was tight (but neighbors were nice) Had to figure out A/C as the living room was freezing and bedrooms were warm the first night When it stormed, satellite TV went out Well worth it and would stay here again!

Disappointed

Holly was wonderful about any issues we had. Some issues you can’t fix. Loud street noise that kept me awake most of the night the first night. Maintenance of the condo leaves much to be desired. A lot of broken things such as bathroom cabinet and towel bar that falls off the wall. Kitchen counter has a big chunk out of it to name a few. Outdated kitchen no Netflix or other streaming capability. A very hard master bed mattress that left both of us with severe back pain.

Clean and convenient

Overall clean and comfortable. There is only one parking spot but we were able to get a spot across the street that we could come and go. There is a lot of street noise outside the bedrooms. Our host was very responsive and friendly. Overall it suited our needs.

Very clean and adorable in the heart of downtown

Our property manager was very communicative, and generous with check in/out times. The condo itself is small but VERY cute, with very comfortable furniture, luxury towels, and a kitchen with every pot/pan/utensil you could possibly need. Literally one block from beachfront, you can walk the downtown area for miles. The downside to this is that evening is hopping, and you’ll hear lots of traffic and loud music, which we fixed with “white noise” apps. Overall a great experience though, with many many choices for food and entertainment in every direction. Easily would recommend to any small group or family who want a fun beach experience.
