Profitez de la vue panoramique sur la mer depuis ce magnifique appartement de deux chambres dans un fantastique complexe à quelques pas du vieux quartier et de la plage. Fraîchement décoré et avec 2 piscines, courts de tennis, restaurant / bar sur place, aire de jeux pour enfants et marché, vous serez tentés de rester à quelques pas de la célèbre vieille rue commerçante de La Carihuela avec un merveilleux choix de boutiques et de restaurants. À quelques pas de plus, vous êtes sur la plage de 2 kilomètres de La Carihuela, où vous pouvez vous promener sur le Paseo, manger dans l'un des célèbres Chiringuitos de Carihuela ou simplement vous prélasser au soleil. Les merveilleuses améliorations apportées à ce bel appartement incluent toutes les nouvelles portes et fenêtres en 2017 et une nouvelle cuisine et salle de bain en janvier 2018. De plus, nous avons remplacé les anciennes garde-robes à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur pour nous assurer qu'elles sont propres et efficaces. Ce que nous avons fait en juin 2018. Internet fibre optique est inclus pour un accès illimité pour accueillir vos adolescents! Fenêtres sur trois côtés offrent une vue imprenable sur la mer et les montagnes avec une vue à 180 degrés sur la Méditerranée depuis le grand balcon.
Vous serez accueillis dans cet appartement par un «pack de démarrage» qui comprend toutes les exigences de base pour au moins votre premier jour de séjour.

Family holiday

Spacious, well equipped and spotless apartment with amazing sea views from a good sized balcony. Great wee bar and restaurant with sunloungers available for a fee at the pool. Excellent location with the beach, a large variety of restaurants, supermarkets and shops within a few minutes walk.Useful bus service between Málaga and towns along the coast, bus stop just behind the back gate. Train station accessible via a lift and short walk through Bateria Park behind apartments (green transport card can be purchased and topped up at a Tobacconist). Would definitely recommend. Absolutely loved the apartment. Beautiful inside , spacious and clean. Ideal location for both Torremolinos and benalmadena harbour. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent apartment

This was our second visit to this apartment. It was as lovely as last year, so convenient for restaurants and bars. It's in a lovely area with gardens and a pool. The apartment is very clean and well furnished.

Perfect apartment and Location

This property was fantastic so clean and organized and in a great location It is even nicer than the photos show Right between Torremolinos and the marina at Benalmadena Lots of fantastic beech restaurants and bars, plus lovely car free streets to explore with more bars and resturants There was a great welcome pack when we arrived with all the essentials and more. We had a fantastic time and definitely reccommend it !!

Perfect home from home.

We have the highest praise for this fantastic apartment. The location is excellent for proximity to the shops, restaurants and beach of La Carihuela. It is a 15 minute walk to Torremolinos where you can easily take a train to Malaga. The bus route is behind the accommodation too. The host is lovely and goes the extra mile to ensure your stay is hassle free. The air conditioning, facilities and room overall is great. Fantastic!!!

Really lovely apartment. Had everything we needed.Great balcony with wonderful views, loved sitting on there having pre dinner drinks. Location just perfect , so near the beach and all the tapas bars. Theresa communicated promptly to all my questions/enquiries. Can't wait to return!

Amazing

Return visit to this property and again it didn’t disappoint. The apartment is extremely clean and well kept and the view from the balcony is amazing. It is extremely close to the beach and all the restaurants and bars of La Carihuela. I will definitely be back again.

Fabulous apartment with wonderful views

From the moment I started to communicate with Theresa the owner I knew this would be a lovely place to stay as she was always spot on with her replies in such quick time. When we walked through the door the apartment was exactly as the description and photos only better we had a fantastic time in what is a fabulous apartment and a fabulous area with lots of bars ,restaurants , supermarkets and shops within easy walking distance. All in all a wonderful stay which we will 100% do again so if anyone is looking then this is a must to sty in.

Wonderful time

The apartment was clean, cosy and we found everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What we appreciated most was the balcony with complete privacy and the awesome views of sunrises over the sea. The location is just perfect. Only a few steps away from restaurants, bars, beach and shopping facilities. We felt very well taken care of by the owner Theresa and the local agency. All questions were answered immediately and a little problem we had with the television was solved promptly. We can only recommend this apartment and will hopefully be back soon.

Another fabulous week!

We had another great week at La Carihuela. The apartment was spotless. Appreciated the washing machine - handy for rinsing our swimming clothes through. The views on the balcony are amazing I watched many a sunrise and sunset. So relaxing! It was hot and sunny all week so we enjoyed walks, chilling and swimming at the pool and beach, shopping and eating out. Our favourite restaurants are Il Gusto, La Fragata de Tito, Los Leones and Dona Gabriella. But there are so many great places! Theresa and Home stay were excellent. Highly recommend! Thank you again for another perfect holiday.

Brilliant apartment

The apartment is in a residential area which includes a lovely pool and well kept gardens there is also a tennis court, childrens area and a fitness area. There is an on site club that includes a restaurant. There is also an on site supermarket. The apartment is on the ninth floor. The good sized balcony faces East and boasts a fantastic view of the Mediterranean. There is everything for you to enjoy your stay. We welcomed by Kim who gave us all the information about the apartment and the surroundings. We loved the two weeks we were there and made friends too

Modern apartment in a great location, fantastic view.

We were looking for a home from home for 3 weeks in November 2019 and we were not disappointed this is an excellent apartment really well equipped and well located. The view from the balcony is fabulous. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. A promenade lined with restaurants and shops allows easy walking to Benalmadena and Torremolinos. We hired a car and visited Malaga, Sevilla, Cordoba, Nerja, Frigliana, Marbella. Parking is a bit tricky but we always managed to find a place on the street near the apartment block. I enjoyed using the high speed wifi to stream video and watch Youtube during our visit. We would definitely choose this apartment next time we visit this area.

What a fabulous apartment!

We loved our week here. The apartment is so clean and light and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped- especially happy with the coffee machine! Very modern, stylish, simple and practically designed/layout. Best views from the balcony. How lovely watching the sun rise in the mornings over the sea. So relaxing. The pool and grounds are lovely (huge pool- still warm enough to swim in late October) and it’s a really friendly safe complex. Great area for eating, shopping, walking and of course beaches! Communication with both Theresa and Kate was excellent- felt very well looked after. I really hope we can return next year. Thanks so much!

Beautiful view!

Our stay at your condo was wonderful. Your immediate attention to the check in confusion was so kind and unnecessary, but thank you. The only thing that bothered us a little was coming home at night. The lights on the walkway to the apartment do not light up, there was no light in the porch light to see to use the key or lights on the baloney. Minor things, but I thought you would like to know. Thank you for sharing your apartment with us.
