Welcome to our newest home! We think it's our best yet!

Book this designer retreat with a private backyard, just steps from everything today. This space is perfect for groups and the ideal "home base" for your bachelorette or birthday celebration. Only 2.5 blocks from East 6th, and minutes from downtown, UT, the Capital, and much of Austin.

This designer gated 2 story home is well-suited for families and large groups. The first floor features an open floor layout that flows into the back yard and outdoor dining area. There is also a bedroom with a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom, as well as a half bathroom.

Upstairs we have a movie room with a large screen, surround sound, and a popcorn maker. The movie room has a pullout couch as well fold-down futon sofa. There is a bedroom with a king-size bed and a fold-down futon sofa and an en-suite bathroom, The other bedroom features 2 queen over queen bunk beds, and one more full bathroom. We also have portable mattresses if you have an extra large group and everyone needs their own place to sleep.

We have a private backyard and an upstairs patio with a propane fire pit. Right next door (150 feet) there is also a lovely park with a large public pool that is free to access. The pool is open during the summer from 1-8 pm every day except Thursday. There is also a free fitness center and air conditioning indoor basketball court in the facility that is open Monday through Friday. As well as an outdoor volleyball and basketball court that is always open. We have 110 outlet in the garage if you need to charge your EV overnight, and we are looking to install a 220 in the near future so if that's important to you check back with us.


HOUSE RULES

1. Rule #1: Have fun!!! We want you to have the best time ever in Austin—whether you're here for work, play, or anything in between!

2. Minimum Stay Requirements:

Weekdays (Sunday–Thursday): No minimum stay.

Weekends & Special Events: Friday and Saturday must be booked together for a 2-night minimum (with occasional 3-night minimums for holidays or major events like SXSW, ACL, F1, etc.). We have a 14-day cancellation policy for special events. We always try to be flexible, so feel free to check in with us!

Exemption: April 2025 single day reservations are fine.

3. Smoking Policy:

No smoking of any kind inside the house.

Smoking outside is totally fine—just please don’t leave cigarette butts on the ground.


4. No Glitter or Confetti:

It’s basically impossible to clean. Let’s keep it fun, not messy!


5. Pets:

We love pets! Your furry friends are usually very welcome, but please check with us first so we can make sure everything is set up for them.
