Guest Access:
The entire home is exclusively yours throughout your stay, providing a haven for relaxation and unwinding. Feel free to make yourself at home! You can park up to 6 cars in the driveway. Please note street parking is NOT allowed.
The check-in process is simple and convenient by entering the code provided 48 hours before check-in on the keypad on the front door.

Guests can use the Capital Metro Trip Planner online or through the app to plan their route.
I highly recommend using ride-sharing services like Uber or Lyft.
Turo is the Airbnb of car rentals.

(A Minut noise monitoring device is installed indoor and outdoor. It measures noise levels (decibel thresholds only). It does not record or transmit audio, and it does not capture conversations. The monitor is solely for guest safety, comfort, and community compliance.)
►Outdoor Security Cameras
(For security purposes only, this property has three exterior-facing surveillance devices: one camera is mounted by front door capturing the front entrance, one is located above the garage with visibility over the driveway, and another is positioned in the back patio area oriented generally toward the backyard; while this third device may have incidental visibility of the pool or spa area, it is not intended for monitoring of personal/private guest use and is installed solely for perimeter safety and property protection. All devices are installed outdoors, are capable of recording audio and video, and there are no cameras located inside the property or in any interior or private-use spaces.)
