Welcome to our cozy 5-bed, 4-bath spot, perfect for up to 10 guests! We've got a pool for you to cool off, a smart TV to unwind, and a washer and dryer for any laundry needs. The second-floor thermostat keeps things comfy. We’re just 15 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Downtown Orlando, 33 minutes from the Kia Center, and 30 minutes from Universal. Whether you're here to explore or just chill, My place has got you covered!

➜ Conveniently located just 15 minutes to Disney, 30 minutes to Downtown Orlando and Universal Studios, and 33 minutes to the Kia Center.

➜ Fully fenced private pool.
➜ Highspeed internet access.
➜ Smart TVs from which you can enjoy access to your Netflix or YouTube.

➜ Approx. 2020ft² / 187 m² of space.
✪ Bedrooms:
➜The master bedroom on the first floor features a king-sized bed and has an ensuite bathroom.
➜ Bedroom 2 on the second floor features a king-sized bed and has an ensuite bathroom.

➜ Full sets of hotel-quality sheets and duvets for the beds and enough towels.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
➤ Just a heads up, guests can't use the closet in the entryway, but you will have access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home.
➤ Shared driveway parking is available, but it's on a first-come, first-served basis.

➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.
➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
Please take a moment to go over my booking policies and confirm your understanding. Be sure to send a message indicating you have read and agree to the rules.
1. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so i can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.
