Venez vivre l'expérience Napa Valley dans cet emplacement central à la maison à côté de l'autoroute 29 et de nombreux restaurants et des établissements vinicoles de renommée mondiale. Vous pourrez profiter de la vigne et la montagne, tout en se relaxant dans un cadre paisible. Environ 2 miles de la ville de Yountville, faire du vélo ou prendre un jogging pittoresque de la ville.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée de nouvelles armoires personnalisées avec des comptoirs en granit. Planchers de bois franc se retrouvent partout dans les espaces de vie communs avec de la moquette dans les chambres. La maison est d'environ 2400 pieds carrés d'ambiance confortable vous êtes certain de profiter. Ouvert et aéré. Lorsqu'ils ne sont pas en tournée caves ou dîner dans les restaurants de classe mondiale de la vallée profiter de cette magnifique maison en prenant une après-midi baignade dans la grande piscine. Détendez-vous dans la salle familiale, regarder la télévision sur l'écran plat 42 'HD, confortable à côté de la cheminée à bois, ou jouer au billard avec des amis. 200 plantes Cab vignoble inclus sur la propriété avec l'option de récolter vos propres raisins pendant les mois de récolte. Va produire près de 1/2 le baril. Pour 8 personnes - 2 lits king - 1 lit queen, 1 lit queen dans la salle de bonus attaché à garage. Notre politique de non fumeur et sans grands partis est strictement appliquée. La maison est située dans la campagne Napa encore il ya des voisins que les clients doivent avoir de la considération.

Terrific weekend in wine country

Our family weekend exploring Napa was a wonderful experience in a terrific home. The owners were great to deal with and easily reachable with questions. The house has a wonderful floor plan and a great kitchen for cooking for a group. The location was just perfect for exploring the wineries. Waking up to coffee by the pool and hot air balloons overhead was a fun way to start the day. We will be returning!

close to everything

Excellent location with Yountville and Napa being equally close. Easy access to wineries, restaurants and grocery stores. Nice green space and beautiful roses surrounding the house for most of our stay. Pool service sporadic and improved towards the end of our 2 month stay. David was very responsive to our occasional requests.

Great location and stay

We stayed here for a long weekend with 3 other couples and had the best time. The location is perfect, 2 minute drive to Yountville and close to several wineries. There was plenty of room for 8 people and the rooms were very comfortable. We loved the pool and the bocce ball set in the backyard. All in all the weekend was perfect and we'd definitely rent this house again.

Just what we hoped for!

This was the perfect home base for our Seattle family (eight adults, 1 child) visiting Napa for our daughter's wedding. The house was comfortable, spacious and well equipped for relaxation inside and out. Kitchen and living room were our favorite hangout for coffee in the morning or decompressing from wedding activities later in the day. We really enjoyed the pool, wrapping up our five day stay with a fun barbecue poolside for bride and groom and close family the day after wedding. It was a great wrap up for a fabulous stay and special event. As others have mentioned the house is close to anything you might need for entertaining or supplies. David, the owner was very helpful and readily available for questions. A bit of traffic noise, but we were having so much fun it didn't matter. Would definitely recommend this house to a group visiting the area.

Great stay!

A group of 7 of us stayed here last week and it was a great experience. There are 3 large bedrooms and another smaller bedroom off the side of the house. The house was beautiful and spacious with many seating areas and exactly as described. It was equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen and our group enjoyed the backyard and playing basketball in the pool. It is a 3 minute drive to the area of Yountville with a market and restaurants, and Ad Hoc where we ate one night. It is also a great location to all of the wineries. Definitely recommend this to a group or family visiting wine country!

Perfect Location

We stayed at David's house while attending a cycling event in Napa. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and one child. There is a lot of space to sit and relax and the pool is a nice addition for an afternoon break. While all those things are nice, the location is the best part! Only 2 miles from Yountville you are a short walk, bike ride or drive away from some of the best dining and wineries in Napa.

Ideal location

Four of us booked David's house for a Napa cycling trip. The location was ideal and the house clean and well equipped. We cycled out each day to visit wineries all over the region. The 2 1/2 baths easily accommodated the 4 of us. There is traffic noise from the highway, but it fades into the background. David is very responsive. We definitely recommend.

Chicago Ladies 2015 Napa Trip!

My friends and I booked David's house in Yountville for our Girls 2015 Trip! We had a total of 6 ladies and the house was more than accomodating! It came equipped with anything you may need throughout your trip including shampoo/conditioner and a blow dryer! The house was very close to downtown Yountville which featured all of the highest rated restaurants and all of the wineries we visted were max 17 minutes away. We truly adored this house and would love to come back here. Only thing that did make us a little leery was that the bedroom attached to the garage did not lock. Therefore, no one slept in there!If that door was able to lock I am sure some of the girls would have loved their own room.

Perfect place!

We booked the house for s birthday celebration. It's a clean spacious welcoming home. There were 7 of us staying in house, and it was comfortable. We never felt like we were on top of each other. The backyard is beautiful, we spend to much time out there, had it been summer time I could easily seen us all enjoying the pool and the Rays.

Fantastic house!!!

Great stay in Napa!

Stayed for 5 nights with other family and had a wonderful experience at the house. It had what we needed for regular breakfast before our wine tasting adventures. We enjoyed dinners on the patio and wished we could have used the pool! Bedrooms worked out well for our group of 6. Location was excellent for our travels and house was clean and well maintained.

Delightful stay in Napa!

Rented this house just outside of Yountville over Labor Day for annual girls trip. House was as described and clean. Conveniently located for wine tasting, dining, driving or riding bikes to Yountville (a few of us even jogged to town). Pool was wonderful with the summer heat. It was clean and refreshing. Patio had ample seating for us all to be able to enjoy the sunny weather and there was even fruit on the trees to pick and enjoy. Owner was VERY responsive to concerns with house. (Ex: Garbage disposal needed repair and he had service out ASAP). I would recommend this property to friends and family.

Napa wedding weekend in Yountville

We loved this adorable home nestled in Yountville. It was very spacious and clean. The updated and roomy kitchen was close to the living room and outdoor area where the pool is. My fiancé’s family stayed here during our wedding weekend. All of them loved the house and how close it was to St. Helena and downtown Napa, great location. They enjoyed their stay and felt very much at home. We would stay here again, maybe next time we will come with friends. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home and experience the wine country life style for a few days.

Yountville Home

Very nice home with 3 bedrooms. One bedroom is off the garage. Beautiful pool and yard. Very convenient to restaurants and wineries. A bit of highway noise to contend with at night. Great pool table and spacious living room and kitchen.

Great house close to downtown Yountville!

We visited Napa and surrounding areas with a group. The house was just perfect! It had plenty of room for the 8 people in our party and had nice touches, such as the pool table. We were more than pleased with the home and would definately stay there again if we take another trip to wine country.

Great house!

We loved staying at this house. My sister in law got married in Yountville and most of the family stayed at Hotel Yountville, but we wanted a house since our 2 year old was with us. She loved running around the house and it was very safe for her. It was incredibly comfortable and clean and we had a great time! Just a 2 mile straight shot in to town and all the best restaurants!

Great stay!

Our family stayed at this home for the month of July and had a wonderful time! It was conveniently located to downtown Napa as well as all of the wineries up valley. The owners were so friendly and accommodating and really were interested in helping in any way they could to make our stay enjoyable. The home was spacious and comfortable, and we spent many mornings enjoying the beauty of the pool and yard itself, as well as the surrounding mountains. We would definitely consider staying here again if the opportunity arose.
