The master suite boasts a jacuzzi, a sliding door leading to the balcony. The patio offers ample seating and dining options, complemented by a gas grill and a mini-fridge. A fully equipped kitchen, along with a washer and dryer, are provided in the unit for your convenience. The Towers features one of the most stunning pools by the lake, allowing you to enjoy the view while sunbathing. During their stay, guests have access to the indoor pool, hot tub, and gym. The entire condo is accessible to our guests with no shared spaces. Along with all the amenities The Towers has to offer, such as the pools, hot tub and gym area.

Our property managers are always on hand if required, yet we make it a point not to intrude on your vacation. We ensure you have ample space and privacy, but rest assured, we're readily available should you need any assistance.

In the same neck of the woods as the outlet mall, Dierburg’s, Andy’s Frozen Custard and Yacht Club Powersports. Places to dine nearby include Wobbly Boots, First Watch, Domenico’s, Pappos, Sergio’s and Mama Citas.

You can enjoy parking for two cars at this location, with one spot reserved in the parking garage. Additional parking is conveniently available in the front row of the condos and on top of the parking garage. You'll find parking permits in the condo to place on your dashboard. Navigating the condominium is a breeze, making it easy to access all the fantastic amenities. The gym and pool are open indoors, and everything secures at 11 PM. Each guest will receive a bracelet, signifying you are a welcome guest of The Towers at Parkview Bay.
Quiet Time: Please avoid excessive noise or loud music after 11 PM. Our neighbors will appreciate it, as this is a quiet and family-friendly area.

Smoking/Drug Policy: Smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited on the property, both for guests and visitors.

Guests: Only guests approved in advance through the booking process are allowed to stay on the property. We will confirm the number of guests at check-in. Failure to comply with these guidelines is a violation of our
House Rules, and will result in no entry and no refund.

Parking: There is adequate parking for 3-4 vehicles on the property.

Parties: Parties of any kind are not allowed on the property. This includes get-togethers, stopping by, or any other gatherings involving anyone besides the approved guests.

Fireworks: Fireworks are not permitted on the property under any circumstances.

Dock & Swimming: The dock is available for guest use at your own risk. Swimming off the dock is also at your own risk. Life preservers are provided on the

Check-Out Procedures: Check-out must be completed by 10 AM on your departure day. Our cleaning team follows a tight schedule to prepare for the next guests.

Please do the following before you leave:
Close and lock all windows, and close blinds.
Turn off all lights and small appliances.
Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
Gather and take out the trash to the bin at the top of the driveway.
Leave any used beds unmade; do not strip them.
Lock the Smartlock on the main door.
Please report any damages or missing items to your host.
Fines for Violating House Rules:
Smoking in the property: $200
Excessive soiling of towels and sheets: $50 minimum
Having a party: $300.00
Late check-out (leaving after 10:15 AM on departure day): $100
