Looking west you will see vineyards, agriculture and awe inspiring sunsets. There are no neighbors nearby so you can relax, play some music, speak freely and just be yourself. But still have great cell reception and high-speed Satellite Internet!

When you want to chill at the house, Roku TV allows you to use your own Netflix, Prime, Disney+ , etc. accounts. And food delivery is available from a wide range of restaurants through UberEats. Or use the well appointed kitchen (stocked with basic cooking needs) to make your favorite dishes.

The lush habitat at the confluence of the Willamette River and Spring Creek, brings many visitors around the property including Deer, Great Blue Herons, Beavers, Osprey, Hawks, etc. There is even a nesting pair of Bald Eagles directly across the river.
