The Space

The home features two comfortable living areas, each with sectional seating and Smart TVs, along with two full kitchens, making it especially convenient for multiple families or groups traveling together.

With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sleeping arrangements include king, queen and twin beds, plus additional sleeping space for larger groups.

Moose Pond Waterfront Access

Guests have access to the association’s private shared waterfront on Moose Pond, located approximately 0.5 mile from the condo.

It’s about a 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk. The walk is scenic and wooded, with a steep downhill section as you approach the waterfront.

The waterfront area includes a shared dock, clubhouse, kayak storage area and parking, making it easy to spend time enjoying the lake.
