Ce chalet à ossature de bois et poutres sur mesure de 10 ans comprend 3 chambres avec lits doubles. 2 petites chambres superposées avec 2 lits chacune.
4 salles de bain, (1) pleine au deuxième étage (1 1/2) au rez-de-chaussée, et (1) pleine au sous-sol. Aire ouverte au premier étage avec cuisine entièrement équipée. Grande chambre avec télévision à écran plat et cheminée. Sortez le sous-sol avec table de billard et table de hockey sur air. Toute la maison est câblée pour la musique avec des contrôles de volume dans chaque chambre et une interface facile pour lecteur mp3!

Immense terrasse de véranda donnant sur la paisible rivière Saco. Kayak, baignade et pêche dans la cour arrière. Grand foyer situé dans la cour arrière. Hamac et nombreux sièges à l'extérieur inclus. Sentier pédestre entretenu autour des 3 hectares.

Tout ce qu'un vacancier voudrait tous à moins de 5 minutes à une heure de route de la maison. Ou détendez-vous, profitez de la propriété, de la terrasse et de la rivière saco paresseuse

Our family of 8 stayed here and loved everything about the cabin!!! Well supplied kitchen wonderful fireplace,if we had any complaints it would been beds were a little hard, but that is personal preference. Highly recommend and would definetly come back!

Winter Wonderland

It felt like a cabin straight from a Hallmark movie. It was cozy, comfy and spacious. The fireplace, decor, game room, huge deck and wonderful sledding hill made us feel right at home. The firepit and the swing by the river and the river itself was very relaxing even in the very cold weather. Linda the Host and David the caretaker were both warm and friendly people. Linda reached out to us to make sure we got settled in and all was comfortable. We didn't want to leave!

What a beautiful spot!

We have stayed in many house rentals and this place is at or near the top of the list! As others have said in their reviews, the photos don't do it justice. The architecture and quality workmanship of the house is beautiful. The combination of that along with the size and beauty of the property is what makes it unmatched in our travels. The array of entertainment, inside and out, is fantastic. David, the property manager, stopped by to see if we had any questions and later, when questions came up, was very quick to respond. We highly recommend this property!

Incredible house and location

The post and beam house is INCREDIBLE and decorated to a tee. The location on the Saco was great for fishing and kayaking - and close to North Conway. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get away but still have plenty to do.

Great house, amazing for kids and super comfortable!

We vacationed with our 2 and 4 year old kids and had a wonderful time. The house is perfect for kids with outdoor swings, sandbox and play room downstairs. We would love to come back!!

Very nice place with amenities for all ages.

Amazing place, very well maintained, they thought of everything when they built this place. Plenty of space, things to do and tons of nice would work and decor to look at. You would have a tough time finding a better property to rent for you and your family.

Beautiful Property - Rustic meets Modern

This property is a gem of a place to stay. Linda and her caretaker provided a seamless check-in process and tons of helpful suggestions for activities. The property is immaculate and has all the modern amenities one could need. All this in a rustic log cabin type setting with an incredible layout with many common areas for group activities and other areas offering solitude and privacy. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their visit. Looking forward to staying here again!

Great House

House was Fantastic inside and out! Only downfall was the terrible weather and river flooding bringing massive amounts of flies and mosquitoes which kept us inside most the trip. If not for the fantastic house on the inside we would have abandoned the whole trip.

The house and property are absolutely gorgeous. We loved the swings around fire pit. The river was high due to the recent rain however Linda was very helpful with suggesting a lake nearby that was beautiful and relaxing. There are also many hiking trails close as well. We had an amazing family vacation.

Christmas gift for our grandkids

Linda is such a welcoming host. The home is exquisite and far nicer than the pictures in VRBO. All the amenities and the location is amazing. This home was the perfect gift for the grandkids and our memories. Thank you Linda for the details your family has put into this wonderful home. Thankful Thanksgiving

As always, we had a wonderful time at the Cabin! It is beautiful, we had snow which just made it all the more cozy. The house is like being in the home you always dreamed of. This trip was with myself, my kids, my sisters and their kids and we all had such a great family Thanksgiving, playing games, cooking, just wonderful. Amazing stay in Maine

Amazing stay in Maine, the house had everything we could imagine, and its location could not be better! The hosts were super responsive and helpful! The house was sparkling clean and we enjoyed every bit of it. Furthermore, the house had beautiful Christmas decorations which made it even more beautiful and magical experience. Beautifully made home

We had a very comfortable stay in this beautiful timber frame home. It was decorated with love and filled with fun things to do. We really enjoyed the sound system and the firepit with swings. Linda was extremely prompt and helpful and David the caretakers was very helpful and went above and beyond by letting us use 2 of his fishing poles so we could get the most out of the river! We had a very pleasant stay here!

Little slice of heaven

Had a wonderful time and I highly recommend staying here. The house is newly constructed with lots of high ceilings and exposed beams. The design is smart - getting the maximum use of the space - great for a large family with children. The location is almost as good as the house with a serene river in the background and a fire pit in the backyard, it's a great place to enjoy a beautiful starry night in Maine.

Peaceful

This home along the Saco River in Brimfield, ME was amazing stocked with amenities. We visited with friends of ours and shared the house total 7 of us 4 adults and 3 kids and everyone had their own bedroom. House had 3 floors enough room for everyone to share. Beautiful, Peaceful ~ thank you for making this a wonderful vacation for all..

We built this home away from home to get away from our busy lives in CT and enjoy all of what 'Vacationland' has to offer. Relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoors of Maine. This house and property has truly been our labor of love. We are happy to share it with you!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We picked the sleepy town of Brownfield Maine to build our 3,000 square foot cottage because of the easy access to everything we might like to do including: the arts (music, local artists, craftsmen etc) including Stone Mountain arts Center. Hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, kayaking, and boating. Less then 1 hour to old Orchard Beach, or Freeport. Shopping and great restaurants of all types. Nearly (20) Ski resorts within an hour drive. Snowmobile and snowshoe trail access directly across the street.

Just about everything you would want to do from minutes to max 1 hour away.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We fell in love with the beautiful park like setting, to build our home. The ever changing Saco river is mesmerizing. We have the only peninsula on the river which we go to often and sit on our swing. It feels like a golden pond. Being so close to the river allows us to witness nature in all her beauty. To see turkeys, eagles, ducks, and deer. Are all part of the beauty of this place. A small piece of heaven.
