The apartment is located on the 4th floor (we have an elevator so you don't have to worry about carrying your belongings up the stairs), it is approximately 75m2, it has a pleasant TV room, a high dining room for 4 people with views of the sea and Isla Mujeres.
The kitchen is newly remodeled with granite, it has all the necessary items to cook. Stove, Oven, Pots, Pans, Utensils, Dishes, Cutlery and Dryers.
The laundry has a washing center (washer and dryer) with products for washing. To dry we also have cords.
The main room has a KING bed, window with sea view, television, air conditioning, closet with mirror and private bathroom.
The Secondary Room has a QUEEN Bed, a window with a view of the adjoining hotel and condominium complex, television, Air Conditioning, Closet with Mirror and the bathroom is shared with the living room.
Bathrooms are newly remodeled!
They can access the common areas of the condominium respecting the regulations of the same; pool and access to the beach, with loungers, chairs and grills. To hold a meeting in that area with more people, you must request permission from Host, so it can be requested to the administration in turn, since the guests have an access cost (which the guests must cover) and entry protocol.
