Des excursions dans la jungle absolument fantastiques, de la voile, de l'équitation, de la plongée sous-marine et bien d'autres activités d'aventure sont à quelques minutes.

La cuisine divertissante est ouverte sur une grande pièce avec vue sur la terrasse et dispose d'un comptoir en marbre. avec l tabourets de bar mexicains pour un espace repas en option. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des ustensiles, des appareils électroménagers et de la vaisselle, y compris des verres de margarita mexicaine soufflés à la main! La salle à manger adjacente peut accueillir huit personnes et un magnifique lustre en fer mexicain comme point focal. Terrific place on the beach. Very spacious and comfortable home within walking distance of restaurants and markets. Very enjoyable stay and the host, Linda, could not have been more responsive and accommodating.

Great place and location

This condo is in a great location and is very nice. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had and very helpful. We would highly recommend this place and will stay again if we go back to Cancun with our family.

Fabulous Vacation

This property was everything we were looking for. My husband and I went with another couple. There was plenty of space to be together or to separate if you wanted. Condo was very comfortable and cozy. The location in the complex was one of the best! Beach views from every balcony and short walk to all of the pools. Beach is just beyond the pool area. Security is always in the vicinity, which was nice to know that they are looking out for you. Although, we walked to the malls and many restaurants and always felt safe. Linda was always available with anything we needed and prompt to take care of things. The rest of the staff at Villas Marlin always went above and beyond. Plenty of towels and beds were very comfortable! If you are looking for a relaxing atmosphere do not hesitate to jive this property a try.

Excellent Stay

Not necessary to repeat what positives others have to say about the property - we agree with them. We have been staying in Cancun for over 15 years and know the area well. This property is uniquely placed for all our needs in easy walking distance!Highly recommend for anyone staying in the hotel zone! Linda was also very prompt with any questions we had even though it was a busy time for her.

The place is even better than the pictures! Linda was very responsive. The location is centrally located to everything you need! The grocery store in the mall across the street is just a 3 minute walk, pharmacy and convenience store 2 minutes away. Excellent restaurants ! Linda provided great recommendations! Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful location and plenty of room for everyone

This place is so convenient to the grocery store and mall as well as restaurants. The pool is directly behind the condo and the beach right behind it. We can’t wait to return.

Great visit - loved the condo!

The condo has a great location, both to the pool and beach, but also to the mall. We walked across the street every day to the Soriana grocery store....or down the street to places to each. The beach is fantastic, and the pool area beautiful. The refridgerator went out before we arrived, but the owner made arrangements quickly.

Great location with a beautiful view

This condo is perfect, pool view and beach view it’s within steps of pool and beach. Close to bus stops, grocery store small mall and pharmacy. Catch a bus to many restaurants for only 12 pesos per person. It’s great for families with the pool and beach access being so close.

Perfect view of the beach

Perfectly located with the beach in view and walking distance! We could walk down to the pool or the beach, our room was conveniently located to where we could eat lunch in our room and still be at the pool or the beach

Best Location Ever!

From start to finish my communication with Linda was amazing, she was so on top of things and answered all my questions and concerns. We had a wonderful time and made some great family memories in Cancun. Your villa was perfect for us and I'm so glad I chose you. I couldn't imagine a better location for the price. Beautiful Place

We brought our 2 teenage boys here for Spring Break this year, and had a great time! The condo was very clean, and in a great location in the hotel zone. The host, Linda, was a pleasure to work with, and offered some wonderful recommendations of things to do and places to go. If we ever come back to Mexico, we will definitely be staying here at Villas Marlin.

Great Vacation!

My family and friends greatly enjoyed our vacation in Cancun. The villa was quaint and peaceful and in perfect location to the pool, beach, and restaurants. Linda was amazing in providing us recommendations and arranging excursions and transportation. Any questions we had she answered promptly and made our trip worry free. Location is great the unit was very clean and was as expected. The property in general is very old and needs repair and updating. The snack bar has great food and is a nice amenity.

Relaxing Summer Cancún visit

Villas Marlín is a much beloved older property in a secure section of the Playa Hotelera strip of Cancún. It’s close to shopping and restaurants, right on the R-2 bus line. The staff are friendly and efficient. The beach is just beyond the well-maintained pools. Plenty of room to enjoy both, and easy to book day trips with pickup/drop off at the security gate.

Great time in Cancun

This property is overlooking an amazing pool and has a great ocean view! We particularly liked waking up to the sound of the ocean and a cup of coffee on our deck. The villa is just steps from the ocean and is well maintained. The villa is secure and spacious - with a grocery store across the street. Our host, Linda, was terrific - she always responded to our questions (almost immediately) and made sure we had a terrific stay!

Super location, good restaurants nearby, using city bus was easy!

We asked for an extra key since there were three of us. Linda was very responsive. The restaurants were great that Linda recommended and having the plaza and a full grocery store was really fabulous. Loved walking on the beach in the morning. The pool and property were very clean, security folks were friendly. Couldn't have been better!

Do yourself a favor and stay here!

I wish I could give this rental more than 5 stars. It was perfect! The pool and beach access was so convenient and not crowded. The rental is also well stocked and Linda is the best and most helpful host I’ve ever had. She helped us throughout our trip and had great recommendations for things to do and services in the area. It was a great home base for our trip, 10/10 would recommend.

Originally I'm from Mexico but for the past 36 years I have lived and worked in the DC area. I'm a single mother of 3. My oldest is 30 in the Service, my 29 year old graduated from the University of Texas and my youngest (26).

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

There is some truth to the saying that water brings serenity. I love sitting in my balcony watching the Ocean listening to the waves. I have been coming here since my oldest son was 6 months old. It is a great place for kids as it is for adults. It truly is paradise!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The location is great, surrounded by magnificent restaurants and shopping centers. The beach is one of the best if not the best in Cancun! Three doors down from the Ritz. Across the street from an upscale supermarket. (Like Whole Foods)
