Cette belle maison de 3 chambres, 3 salles de bains et 3 salles de bains, réunit tout pour vous, offrant une escapade en montagne abordable avec tout ce que vous attendez d'une maison de montagne privée. À quelques minutes en voiture du centre-ville, cette maison est très pratique en voiture et l’arrêt de la navette est situé à quelques pas de la maison. Si vous avez des voitures, la maison offre plusieurs places de parking et un garage pour deux voitures pour un confort ultime. Vous apprécierez les vues panoramiques sous tous les angles, à la fois sur le domaine skiable et sur la montagne à l'est, à partir des vastes ponts ornant la maison. La maison est livré avec un bain à remous privé, niché en privé à côté de la forêt nationale. L'accès à la navette gratuite est très attrayant pour ceux qui ne souhaitent pas amener une voiture.

Le niveau principal accueille le grand salon ouvert comprenant une cheminée, une télévision à écran plat, un mobilier confortable et une demi-baignoire. À côté du salon, à travers la cheminée à foyer ouvert, se trouve la salle à manger confortable avec terrasse privée. La cuisine est équipée de tous les outils nécessaires pour préparer les repas de famille. Le niveau supérieur abrite la chambre principale avec un lit king size, une salle de bains privée avec baignoire à jets et une vue spectaculaire sur les montagnes pour se réveiller chaque matin. La deuxième chambre a une salle de bain séparée, un lit queen et une vue magnifique sur la montagne Baldy depuis la fenêtre. La troisième chambre à l'étage contient un nouveau lit queen. Au niveau inférieur, vous trouverez le quatrième espace de couchage supplémentaire avec un lit superposé double et une salle de bains privée.

Speciousness home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a family reunion and it was great space to host young adults, little boy and sassy teenage girls and a baby. Well stocked had just about everything you need and more. Off in the corner you had a lot of privacy. Views were beautiful. Not far from the village to enjoy the town’s energy,Close to the slopes. We had a great time. I highly recommend this home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice home off Boreas Pass. Dated furniture and appliances, but suited our needs well. Close to shuttle route to downtown Breck and convenient to get to numerous hiking trails and other outdoor adventures. Quiet area off the beaten path. Property managers were quick to respond to requests such as no propane and a partially filled hot tub. Would recommend to anyone looking to be near the hub or Breck, but have quiet and lovely mountain view. Plan to bring your own coffee & filters but other "supplies" were sufficient.The hot tub is not covered, so when it's raining heavily, it's not very comfortable to use. Plethora of spices available, but no cooking oil. Loved having the convenience of parking in the garage.

Pretty property

Updated kitchen. Would be good to repair the path and surrounding of the hot tub as there are loose boards. Easy to check in. Beautiful scenery. Needs new carpet/flooring but was very clean. Screen missing in primary bedroom.

Breckinridge Mountain Retreats

We enjoyed our secluded stay in the three story unit. The floor plan worked for us since we spent most of our time on the second floor (den, kitchen and eating area). The beds were well appointed, bathrooms clean and views of the mountain impressive. Our concerns were the very worn and stained carpeting and dirty bbq pit.

Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the price I was expecting it to be kept up. It felt it a bit “ran down” on inside and out. Carpet was dirty especially on the steps. If we were able to see the way it was situated on the property outside by the pictures we wouldn’t have rented. Screens missing in master. Washer didn’t work properly and we were told it wouldn’t be fixed during our stay. When we asked questions about getting it fixed we were responded to quickly. We had a toilet seat that was busted and maintenance came out that day so that was the plus.

Good place for the money

Overall its a good value. The property could have been cleaner. The master bedroom was dusty, carpet is kind of dingy and the hot tub was super cloudy. The hot tub is not on a level surface so everytime we would get in with more than 2 people it would overflow and we would have to refill it. This ended up helping with the water not being the cleanest. Overall not a bad property. But could use a little TLC.

Skiing after Christmas

We all really enjoyed this home! 4WD is really a must for this location when it snows. Our friends had an all wheel drive vehicle and had to wait until the snow plow came to clear the driveway. The property management was responsive to all of our needs, explaining the water alarm system to us really helped our family and friends to understand how to prevent the alarm from going off in the middle of the night. The house met all of our needs and was very comfortable! The location would be great in the summer too as it is close to many hiking trails!

Wedding weekend

We had a great stay when visiting Breckenridge for our son's wedding. Tthe home was spacious and comfortable. It was nice to sit in the hot tub and look at the trees and mountains.

Great location

We saw Moose right outside the neighborhood. Roads were easy to travel on even when not scraped. Home does need a good deep cleaning. My kids used the master bath to shower in because it was the cleanest.

Snowy forest views and comfortable living

We were very pleased with this property. A little hard to find but loved the location at the back of the neighborhood due to snowy forest views out every window. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The living room was perfectly cozy and comfortable at the end of a long ski day. And great sized for a large family. Dining was also huge for a big family. The only thing that bugged was the lighting in the bedrooms. Was lit by lamps only so hard to get dressed in the mornings with so little light.

Relaxing Ski Getaway

This condo was the perfect place for me and my friends visiting Breckenridge to ski! We enjoyed the multiple bathrooms and space the condo had to offer. The hot tub was very well maintained and incredible after a day of skiing. It was a quick 10-12 min drive to the North Gondola in the morning and the drive has amazing views of the whole mountain. We also saw multiple moose on the property which absolutely made the trip (but keep an eye out!) I would recommend staying here and will stay here again when I come back to Breckenridge.

Flexible space

Home is tucked away and private (not too easy to find at night) and it is a solid 10-15 minutes from the heart of Breckenridge Village with serious elevation. Hot tub is great and the layout is very flexible for several guests to have their own space. Carpet is showing its age a bit but overall very nice and would stay here again. A tip for those used to more humid environments, humidifiers require you to add salt to the water to work.

We had a great time!

This was the perfect spot for a girlfriends' weekend! The house had plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms for 5 of us, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We loved being so close to hiking trails (Baldy Trailhead) and driving up Boreas Pass for enjoying the fall colors! Breckenridge is close by and we also enjoyed our time shopping there. The hot tub was very relaxing in the evening. Very comfortable and just as pictured.

Great stay

A moose ate grass right outside the window! Foxes visited. If you want a great quiet Breck experience stay here! We had such a great time and I would recommend this spot. Everything was as advertised and communications was very clear. Very Happy with our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was an amazing home for a girls trip to celebrate my birthday. All six of us slept comfortably and had enough space. Everything you need is in this home if you want to cook, lounge around and use the hot tub. The host gave us great instructions and everything was pretty easy to follow. It’s about 5 minutes from Main Street which you can access a lot of stores, restaurants, and winter activities. Literally the one of the best homes I’ve stayed in and would definitely recommend for groups and families.
