Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was nice, but the heating downstairs wasn’t sufficient, and it was very cold. Also, the attic staircase was very uncomfortable to climb, even for a fit 13-year-old.

Exactly What We Needed!

This home was perfect for what we were looking for in our stay in Breckenridge. We were far enough away from town to feel a little secluded but close enough to be there in just a few minutes for any of our needs. The home was clean and well cared for and it had everything we needed! We will definitely consider staying here again!

It was very clean. Communication was fantastic. Plenty of room for our group of 10 ( 4 adults and 6 kids). The house had everything we needed and more. It was a wonderful place and we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Family Getaway!

Property was just like shown in the photos. Beautiful views of the mountains out the front door. Perfect size for our family of 5. We enjoyed being close to the mountain for skiing but can see how convenient the location could be for hiking in warmer weather.

Winter Vacation

Everything was great. Close to Main Street. Very clean. Only comment, it has 2 bedroom, one with a Queen beg and one with bunk beds. The loft has a bed but for you have to clmb a latter, this for older folks it is a bit dangerous, and if you need to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and are sleepy, it is not practical to be climbing down the latter, so just keep in mind for older guests. I ended up sleeping in the space in between, which has a large sofa and was ok, but had to put my stuff on the floor. Overall, recommend,

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is lovely and very well updated. I think this house is best suited for a single family with no more than 2 adults and 3 kids. I would not recommend this house for multiple families or couples. The photos are a bit deceiving. The loft space access is via a very steep ladder that makes it difficult to climb up to and definitely would not be able to do it with your suitcase. Given that it is a queen bed up there it's disappointing not to be able to access it easier. The bunk room is great and the 2nd floor bedroom is great. Keep in mind although it has 2 full bathrooms one is downstairs across the house from the stairs. Overall, I was disappointed in the stay. Multiple things were broken and initially the managing company was very responsive in fixing the issues. However, the dishwasher then broke and it was going to take over a week for parts to fix it in order to use it. They did not seem to care. When you rent a house on vacation you usually do so for the kitchen and no one wants to handwash dishes on vacation. Was very disappointed with the lack of care for this issue. Ultimately we were offered our money back and found a better home for us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place. Clean linens and bathrooms. Functional kitchen with usual spices available. None of my complaints should deter you as we really did have a nice stay and the price was not bad! I comment so as to prepare you and offer manager suggestions to better the place. The master and other double bunk bed rooms had doors for privacy. The bathrooms were common baths with one off the kitchen downstairs and one upstairs where all the beds are. The kitchen lights get hidden when you open the sliding blue door in the pic. Close the door to find them.Small hot water heater for a unit that sleeps 10; two showers and water is cold. It was a bit out of town so we had to drive and pay for parking when in town. Steep road up to the unit so when roads are icy you should have an all wheel drive to get to it. Would suggest in depth directions to unit to be specific with odometer / mileage units and signage/visual clues for turns and such; the nav apps led us further up the mountain.The loft was a challenging ladder to climb: Straight up and not at an angle. The young and strong go up there. The "close to bus" was about a 400 yard walk and the bus only runs hourly into town at 23 minutes after the hour. This took a lot of online navigating to get info and I would suggest guest guide binder at the unit offering materials on the buses and where they go to in town and where to catch the right one to return back up the mountain on.Response from managers was great and timely. They allowed a late check out for us (which may not be available for everyone) but was really nice as our check out day was a POWDER day! Enjoy
