Ce merveilleux 3 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bain est une unité parfaite pour votre séjour one-of-a-kind dans la magnifique ville de Breckenridge, CO. Au sommet 10, cette townhome est entourée par une vue à couper le souffle et est une station de ski in / ski out pour le type de skieur plus avancé, car le complexe ne peut être atteint par une course de diamants noirs. Incredible Surprise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked Eagles view for the 3 of us last minute, and we were beyond suprised! It was an incredible stay, from the ski in ski out to the private hot tub and sauna, as well as much space to spread out. It was much more than we were expecting and really made the stay amazing. It also has a woodburning fire for you which adds to the atmosphere in the evening. Although there is about a 1.5 mile walk to town, which we were expecting, we were also pleasantly suprised to know there is a shuttle that comes every 10-15 minutes, will pick you up across the street and will take you to town if you want to go out! Overall one of the best stays I have had. I would definitely come back!

Decent townhouse in a lovely location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A nice townhouse in a beautiful setting. The number of rooms and bathrooms was perfect for our family ski trip. The “ski-in” is no joke! The run with the gate was closed and we had to ski under the boundary line and make our own trail to the main trail through the trees. Definitely stay to the right or you will be walking uphill. Ski out is easier although with powder isn’t quite as quick. The downstairs bedroom was freezing and those who slept down there used every blanket possible to stay warm while those of us upstairs were too warm. Having a washer and dryer was great, but the dryer is TINY and takes over an hour to dry 1/2 a load from the washer so plan accordingly. Plates, mugs and silverware were dirty when we went to use them. We vacuumed upon arrival as there were cheerios around the couch. The lighting is dim and in some spaces dark. The windows are broken/hard to open & close and during 2 wind storms, were quite loud. Most of the outlets are loose and plugs fell out often. The hot tub was at 46’ upon arrival and took 24 hours to heat up. Once warm, it was great! We wondered if we should have asked for this? The sauna is a nice, welcome addition! The space was comfortable and quiet. The neighbor is very friendly and helpful. The shuttle was hard to find and those who decided to try ended up on the free bus and had to walk uphill a long way! If you need the shuttle from the base, go to the Marriott! Bring towels for the hot tub if you have multiple people as we didn’t have enough for showers and hot tub even though I asked ahead of time. Woodwinds was quick to respond to email.

Great place, can use updating, however for the it is a great place. We could ski to the mountain, we couldn't figure out how to ski back to the house. Definitely would like better concept of how to do that, asked and it wasn't clear

Great For Good Skiers and Larger Group

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at other places at Breckenridge, and the consensus from the group was to come back here. We had a group of primarily young adult family members who all were strong intermediate or better skiers/snowboarders. They loved the private hot tub and sauna. The ski-in from Flap Jack is for more experienced skiers, as advertised. It is not simple, as other trails traverse the area on the way through the woods. So, for the first time, have your phone map out with GPS and pin drop on the place ... you'll do fine. The Ski Out is straightforward and less challenging. You can walk across to the Beaver Run Lift and down to Quick Silver. There is a frequent shuttle up to the area during regular hours that runs down to Marriot, which is very close to the Quick Silver, where we usually rent skis (Charter). So, it's not a bad plan B, though the shuttle can be crowded at 4 pm. The washer and dryer in the garage is a nice bonus. As you can tell from the pictures, the place is a little dated but not crucial to our group, which actually liked the look. The kitchen is reasonably resourced overall. The lower room by the garage with bunk gets quite cold compared to the rest of the house, so a space heater would be nice. Most of the forms and app noted two parking spaces but only gave parking placards for one car, and the house says only one space. It ended up not being a problem but did create unnecessary concern initially. With a place this big, accommodating two parking spaces is a must and would be considered standard in my mind. It was not evident the back porch with the sauna had been cleared of snow this season. So, spent a bit of time clearing the porch. I don’t mind this ... some may not, so making you aware. Wood Winds was very responsive and had someone out quickly to address the garage door code not working. They also promptly answer the phones, text, and manage other items or questions, including relieving my parking concerns.

Great Location/Lacking in Details

Our overall our stay was very good. The management company Wood Winds Lodging was excellent and responsive (resolving 2 issues during the first 2 days). Renters should know that this is an older condo and does not have the environment of a luxury rental. That was ok with us. It is clean and well kept and very convenient to the slopes for intermediate skiers. Overall we had a very comfortable stay. A few notes and suggestions for the owners... 1. Get the water connected to fridge so there is ice 2. Get some end tables and coffee tables in the living room, so that you can have a drink in the living room and actually put your glass down 3. Improve the lighting, all the lighting in the living room is dull yellow and poor placement. It made evenings with the group more difficult. 4. Get the basics in the kitchen... * Add dinnerware, there simply is not enough plates, bowls etc * Add glassware and wine glasses, every thing is mismatched and there isn't enough glasses * Get new pots/pans, the pots/pans in the condo are almost unusable. * Add more kitchen utensils, a few of the basics were there but several utensils would be useful (rubber spatulas, garlic press, whiskes, etc). With all of that said, these are minor items and our group had a great time and I would recommend this condo to others.

Overall unit

Every thing was great the only thing was that the outside whirl pool had a smell so we just figured it wasn't cleaned before we got there so we just didn't use it.

Function over form

Though the finishes are dated (frozen in the 1980s, but still in decent shape) and the beds are a bit stiff, this condo functions ok. It has comfortable living room furniture, a hot tub on the rear deck, a sauna (which is great for warming your towels, then drying off after the hot tub) and an attached garage (for gear, not your vehicle). What was missing was water to the frig...so no ice maker...and it doesn't have a grill on the deck (we brought steaks to grill during our stay, but were disappointed to find no grill). The ski in/out is right behind the property, but is not for beginners. You have to be able to handle the black runs of Peak 10, and be ready to weave between trees with moderate slope to get back. The shuttle comes by often, though, and it's not a long ride to near the bottom of Peak 9. We still ended up driving into town a good bit.

We had a great time. Had everything we needed. It was our first time in Colorado, house has great views close to everything . Only bad thing was that heater was not working but they were nice enough to come check it out and brought us portable heaters.

A clean place in a Beautiful location

Stayed for 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The three bedrooms and 3.5 baths were more than sufficient for our family of 7. Each of us had our private space! The in house sauna and bath tub sure added to the luxurious and relaxing environment! The various walking and biking paths next to the unit were just amazing! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Weekend getaway

Little bit out of the main town so quite but free bus ride to Main Street or just short little drive. Lots of activity to do all day long or just sit a watch the people. Vrbo was clean, quite and the hot tube helps you relax right into your weekend away.

Georgia Family Visits Breck for the First Time

This place was PERFECT for our family group of 7! Great location! Convenient to town and slopes! Plenty of space! We had everything we needed + so much more! We enjoyed the games, the sauna, the fireplace, and the hot tub after a long, cold day of skiing and snowmobiling! Highly recommended! We can't wait to come back!

Most peaceful and all inclusive stay

Last minute Labor Day weekend stay

Very nice, well-equipped home close to town and hiking trails The size worked well for us as our teens wanted their own bedrooms. Check in was easy, and the property management staff was friendly and helpful. Bring your own condiments and spices as there was just a bit or salt, pepper, and sugar packets for coffee. The only hitch was that the hot tub was not working when we arrived on Saturday, but a manager stopped by on Sunday and got it working. As a last minute staycation, this worked very well for us.

Awesome location, great value

Arrived and checked in without any difficulty. We enjoyed the stay, rooms were clean, looked like the photos. Walked down the trail behind the property to the city center, beautiful location!
