This is a fantastic house, great for our multigeneration birthday celebration. Superb location only a few minutes walk to the beach and an easy drive to everything in Cocoa Beach. Jewl was a wonderful host who was very prompt at addressing any questions and issues. We hope to return to this house someday.

The stay was amazing!! Jewl has thought of everything in their rental. From separate beach and pool towels, to extra propane tanks for the fire table and grill,everything was wonderful. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub that heated up very quickly when wanting to use it. Was perfect for the parents of our high school softball team while on their Spring Break Trip.

The property was an open concept which worked well for our family. The rooms were all spacious. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all.Jewl was very easy to work with and seemed genuinely happy we stayed at the house.For a big vacation with a number of people it is a great place to stay.

Our family had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful, spacious and pristine. The location was super close to the beach. Only a 2 minute walk. We will definitely visit again.

Heaven in a Bottle

This house is amazing, providing pretty much everything needed in a vacation home. We loved the finishes, the overall layout of the house, and beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels, TVs and toys. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cocoa Beach / Kennedy Space Center

This is a fantastic home, operated by a fantastic host. They have nearly all the amenities you can think of, and the 2 small issues we had were resolved same day. It is an Easy walk to the beach, and it's at a quiet spot along the beach. To the north and south of this area, it was much more populated, but it was blissfully calm at either of the beach access points we used. The north beach entrance has no stairs which made the wagon entrance very easy. And to top it off, having a heated pool and sauna made it even better. Nothing more we could ask for! Look forward to returning!

Saltbox beach house had (literally) everything we needed for a weekend at the beach! The house is clean, comfortable and spacious! Kitchen had all the necessary gadgets, basic cooking supplies and two fridges! Outdoors, we used the grill, spa/pool and beach necessities daily! Jewl was MORE than responsive! We will be back!

Absolute perfection!

We went down for a girl’s trip and had the best time, mostly due to this amazing house! Not only was it immaculately decorated, it had any and everything you could think of needing. There are two fridges, two eating areas and a coffee bar which we took full advantage of. The location could not have been better, walking distance to shops and bars and restaurants.

Probably the best appointed home we have stayed at. We had absolutely everything we needed. Pool and hot tub were great. Short walk to beach. All beach towels and pool towels are provided. Lots of beach supplies. Chairs, umbrellas, wagon, etc. Everything was perfect.

We had such a wonderful stay at this Cocoa Beach home. The property is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully maintained, and it’s clear the owners truly care about every detail. From the moment we arrived, we noticed all the thoughtful little extras that made the stay feel special and comfortable.The pool was beautiful, the hot tub was perfect, and the overall amenities were excellent. It was an ideal setup for our large family, with plenty of space for everyone, including the kids, to relax and enjoy themselves.The hosts were fantastic to work with, very responsive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. We had such a lovely time here and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Cocoa Beach. If we return, this will absolutely be the first place we hope to book again.

This house was PERFECT for our group!! So close to the beach, food, bars and shops. Jewl was extremely helpful - I swear I asked about 500 questions to make sure this house would be a good fit for our group. She was patient and gave me all the details I needed. The house was clean, organized - lots of labels which made it easy to find things & had a great vibe / layout. The manual you get when you stay is super helpful and goes over any possible questions you may have during your stay. 10/10 recommend. If we ever go back to Cocoa Beach this is definitely the house I'll be checking first.

This home was all the listing said it was and so much more! From the moment we entered the house, we felt right at home. Every room was so thoughtfully and beautifully put together to meet every need! The host provided a detailed instruction book to answer every question about the workings of the home, along with helpful recommendations about local eateries. The kitchen was well-stocked and labeled with all the necessary tools to prepare our own meals. The huge dinning table was the perfect size to fit our large family. The living room was comfortable and spacious, complete with a big screen tv and a coffee bar. The four bedrooms upstairs were beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. There was even a room with three twin beds and a play area with toys, which made my 5 yr old granddaughter very happy. The upstairs had a washer and dryer and so did the ground floor. The two king bedrooms on the ground floor were perfect for our elderly family members. The beach was just a quick 3 minute walk and the host provided everything we needed, including a wagon, towels, umbrellas, chairs and toys. When I reached out with a few questions, Jewl was quick to respond every time. It was clear this owner went above and beyond to anticipate and provide for every need! What an amazing place to spend a relaxing family vacation and build a lifetime of precious memories!
