For the most part everything was great about the house. Just like the pictures, clean and spacious. My family loved it! We enjoyed going for a walk to the nearby beach too. The fireplace (led lights) wasn’t working, and we had a pool cleaner and landscape crew show up unexpectedly, but nothing I felt I needed to address with the owner during our stay.

The host was very responsive. She accommodated our stay at very short notice. We had an issue with another booking and she helped to make the last minute change seamless. The house was very clean and well stocked. Highly recommend!

The home was well supplied. Theresa thought of everything. The few items I brought with me I did not need. The only hiccup was trying to figure out how to heat the pool and had a little trouble getting the dryer started. Overall, we loved our stay.

I can't say enough good about this house. It had everything we needed and then some. But the biggest plus of all was the cleanliness and functionality of the house. Everything worked just like it should and the place was spotless when we walked in. All too often it is just the opposite at a vacation rental. Check in and check out were a breeze. Teresa was a great host and had lots of useful information about the area.

The house was great for my family. Their was 7 of us all together and we fit perfectly. The kids loved the pool and the proximity to the beach was nice. We drove but it’s definitely walkable. We didn’t need to bring anything for the kids which was nice. They supplied high chairs, pac n play, swim vests, and even a baby gate. It was nice. The owners were quick to respond and even let us know when a rocket launch was going to be happening which was fun! I would definitely stay again !

2 Family getaway

Our 2 families came down for some fun in the sun and this place didnt disappoint. We had 4 adults and kids ages 17, 15, 14, 13 and 10. Plenty of toys, chairs and umbrellas for the beach and loved having the wagons to haul it all. The beach is literally a 7 min walk. Well stocked for spices in the kitchen which was nice. Loved having so many pool towels, regular towels, the fact that they provided dishwasher pods, laundry soap was an added bonus!! Only down side was that the floors needed a good scrub.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood.

The house provided plenty of space to gather and also to find quiet areas for our family of eight. The house is nicely located to area activities and also easy access to the main highway for traveling to more distant attractions. Host was prompt with reply’s to questions and gave us a heads up on a rocket launch. The beach that was about a seven minute walk was perfect for kids with a very gradual decline. Also was the perfect spot to watch the rocket launch. Only issue we had was all the bike tires were flat, which was one of our main considerations when booking as our family enjoys bike rides. Other than that I would highly recommend the property.

Family fun

This is a great place to stay! The house was located in a quiet neighborhood, close to local restaurants, shops, and our activities. It was great to come home after a long day and take a dip in the pool. The house is very well stocked and Theresa was a super host! Planning to go back next year!

We enjoyed our stay! House was fully stocked with everything you need, the only thing we needed was food. House is clean and cozy. Nice pool, kids swam in it daily. Close to beach!

Hot July

It was hot, hot, hot for our family stay in Cape Canaveral. Six adults, an 11-year-old, 7-year-old, 3 year old and a two year old. The house was perfect for our group. We used the beach gear but it was just too hot and humid for the bikes (and I think there were enough bikes for all of us). The enticing pool and solid air conditioning saved us. Day trips to KSC and the Brevard Zoo, but otherwise the house was our main entertainment for a week long stay. This is probably the best vacation rental we have ever had!

Friends getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay in Coco Beach. The house itself was so clean and comfortable. Enough room for all of us to enjoy and have time to ourselves. I will say we are from a different part of the country and when we drove up we were alittle confused as we where looking for a single family house. This was a duplex. It certainly was not a problem as we never heard the neighbors. The only very small item was the pool was not as big as it appears and the waterfall was not working. We had no problem as it was a great size to just sit and cool off. Would recommend for an older adult group. Would not recommend for a family with children as it may not be deep enough for them to jump and play in. Overall it was a great location and very clean and responsive owner. Would go back again.

Nothing short of amazing!

This property was fantastic! The host was so responsive and even sent friendly reminders for things happening around town! This place was simply perfect for our family! We were so close to the ocean, had a great pool, and the comforts of home! Would highly recommend!

Great Getaway

We were walking distance to the beach which was an absolute gem. We enjoyed the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore and enjoying sunset strolls along the sandy coastline made our stay unforgettable. The cozy accommodations and proximity to the ocean created the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway.

Convenient location with everything we needed

Our work team was in town for training courses and luckily found this listing. This home had everything we needed for our Sunday-Friday stay. The location was convenient to our training facility, grocery stores, restaurants, and it is just a short walk to the beach. The communication with the host was wonderful. She even sent us a message to let us know that a rocket launch was taking place. We would have missed it otherwise and watching the launch from the beach Sunday night was the highlight of our trip! We enjoyed seeing (and hearing) the peacocks walking around the neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this listing to my friends. It felt like home while we were there. We didn't want to leave. :)

Excellent place for families

We had to make a trip to Florida for a family funeral. My husband and I, our daughter and her husband and 6 and 9 year old grandkids. We were very blessed to find this property. The kids loved the heated pool even though the week we stayed was cooler for Florida. The house was very clean and well furnished. Teresa even let us know about a rocket launch the night we arrived. We would love to come back and stay again under better circumstances! Thank you!

Awesome Place

Almost everything was just fine. We were particularly impressed with the snack basket and the Christmas tree. Everything was very clean and rooms were quite large. The location is within a couple of blocks of the beach and we found several good restaurants nearby. The only negative we found was the pool temperature. Even after we requested the temperature turned up, it was still quite chilly. It was late December so that could have been part of the reason. All in all we had a great time at a great place and would consider returning again.

Annual Gathering

Four of us used the house as our base of touring the immediate area. Owners Teresa and Patrick were VERY accommodating and easy to communicate with. All of us were very satisfied with everything the home had to offer. Its location was great for us visiting Kennedy Space Center and fishing charter out of Port Canaveral. Will definitely look to stay here again when we come back to the area again.

Outstanding! We all wanted to live there.💙

This is the most amazing Vrbo, Our family has ever stayed in. The pool was a big hit with the kids and the screened in porch, was amazing for adults. Easy walks to two beautiful beaches. A Quiet and safe neighborhood for all. It fit nine of us very comfortably. The kitchen with spacious and had everything we needed.The master suite was mind blowing, and all the rooms were good sized with beds for all. It provided everything we could need and more. It was low 80s during the day and low 70s at night. We came home to low 40s for the high and 20s for the Low.Needless to say, we wanted to turn the plane around and go back there forever. What an amazing place! Book it, you won’t be sorry. We will be back for sure!♄ Thank you so much for sharing such a beautiful home in such a gorgeous place with us.💗

Wonderful stay

This is our 3rd stay at this property. We feel like it's coming home to stay here. My family loves this house. The house has just about everything you will need PERIOD. All things needed to shower,cook,swim,take to the beach. House is always clean,I know this should always be a given but over the years we have stayed at properties that were not clean. The home owner leaves a basket of snacks which is nice if you've just traveled a long distance and haven't been to the grocery store yet. We will definitely continue to stay here as long as Teresa will have us.

My husband and I grew up in the Seattle, WA area and through our careers moved to Florida 15 years ago. We absolutely love it here in the Cocoa/Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area. Our 2 young adult children and my parents live in the area as well. We enjoy traveling and spending time with our family. We also have a passion to renovate and decorate homes and have done several properties. It just seemed a natural fit to combine our love of travel with renovating a home that we could share with others as a vacation rental.

I live just 15 minutes away and am available for any questions, concerns, or needs throughout your stay. As your host, my goal is to make sure you have a wonderful vacation experience at our beach home.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

couple few blocks to the beach. Most of the neighbors are full time residents that live and work in Cape Canaveral year-round. This is not your typical row of townhouses that are all rented out and managed by property management companies. Our property is the only short term rental available on the street and we personally manage it. This is a true live like the locals vacation experience. All the yards are well maintained and all the neighbors know each other. It's a special place. That's why we are strict about quiet hours and no street parking out of respect for our neighbors and to maintain the unique quality of the neighborhood. If you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway, this is it!
