Beautiful, fully furnished kitchen, for preparing meals in or cook-out by the pool. Home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. Master Suite, Bunk Bedroom and Game Room with two full bathrooms. Enjoy your coffee while watching the sunrise over the Atlantic from your private master suite balcony. Truly a great place for making special memories to last a lifetime! NO PETS

Better than the pictures!

This was the MOST well stocked, thoughtfully planned property we have ever rented. The location is amazing! The house is gorgeous and the communicaiton was quick and friendly. We will 100% be staying here again. Do not hesitate, just book this property!

Great location right on the beach at a price that is affordable. Lots of items available for the beach/pool...chairs/umbrellas, wagons, boogie boards, pool floats, sand toys, goggles, and beach games (badminton, volleyball, footballs, etc.). Host was very accommodating with our last minute booking request and was quick to respond despite it being late at night...much appreciated!

Beautiful Beaxh Home

Absolutely stunning property! So clean and everything is describe to perfection online. The host has thought of everything and then some! The pool and beach were so great! They have everything you need for the beach and pool! The host is extremely accommodating and friendly! We highly recommend this property.

Short beach trip before Disney

This place was absolutely perfect for our family!! We wanted a couple days to relax before hitting Disney hard & we're definitely not disappointed. The beach is just what we hoped for, not crowded at all. The pool was perfect for night time swims. The layout of the house allowed everyone their privacy but plenty of communal space to socialize. We will definitely stay here again

Great family vacation

There was plenty of room for our family (10 in all including grandparents, parents, and children). We were right on the beach! When we weren't at the beach, we enjoyed the pool and just relaxing in the spacious common area The property manager responded quickly to all of our questions. Cocoa Beach is the perfect location for family fun!

Best Beach House

We had our whole family including young grandchildren. It has a great bunk room for long distance cousins to hang out and visit. The pool was a hit and the beach is just a minute walk. Great property managers, very responsive with great communication. We definitely want to return!

A Space for Everyone

The property was just as it said in the listing. It gave everyone ranging in age from newborn to 50 a place of to be themselves. It was close to many great restaurants and stores, and just a short jaunt to Orlando for all of those experiences. We were also able to experience two Space X launches that we could watch right off of the balcony. The house was very clean and well stocked with all you could need for a stay. The host was very responsive as well when we had a question.

Nice beach house

Its a cute beach house located on a quiet part of cocoa beach about 1/2 mile walk from good restaurants and bars. The pool is in the front driveway which is a little odd and the chlorine was too strong in the beachside hottub. But all in all it was well worth the money. I would rent it again.

Beach Getaway

We rented this for my husbands birthday and it was very fun! Everyone really enjoyed themselves. The check in/out time could be earlier and later just so that you get more time on the beach but the host allowed us to come early, so that was awesome! There was all the supplies you could need. We did run out of paper towels, but that is ok. The property could use a towel/bathing suit drying rack and get the kitchen sink fixed, but besides that it was great!

Incredible experience

My fiancée and I found ourselves in a tight deadline to get into a place. This host was the most prompt in communication, which landed us in our stay here. I can’t express how glad we are that we ended up in this beautiful & CLEAN home. Waking up to the Beautiful Sunrise views on the Ocean front from the bedroom was amazing! We enjoyed the amenities very much so, such as the hot tub & pool, too. The proximity to ‘downtown’, cocoa beach strip, was so convenient. We certainly hope to return with the whole family, which we are confident the home will perfectly accommodate. We highly recommend. Thanks you so much!

Cocoa stay

There is lots of room for everyone. However, when showing up the back hot tub was dirty and the other one didn't heat up. I contacted the property manager and was assured they would be taken care of.. One hot tub was semi cleaned and the other was never repaired. One of the main reasons for choosing this property was for the hot tubs. The property does have a great view of the ocean and quick access to the beach.

Hot tub was clean and we used it everyday. We started our trip out with a lot of rain and wind so we used the board games and door dash. The house has amazing adult space for reading and making drinks. When not raining, beautiful beach views. We were able to see the rocket go up at 2:30am from the balcony with some cloud cover still. Well worth setting our alarm for. The kids took surfing lessons in front of the house. Great instructor came to the house one day and met us at Jetty Park on another day. So much fun for all of us!!! The house has all the beach stuff. We needed nothing from towels, bags wagons and chairs and umbrellas. I saw baby stuff in one of the closets too. The house has everything. Enjoy!! We did.

We had a wonderful family gathering - enjoyed the beach, the storms and just being together! It was perfect.My husband, their father passed away last December and this week end would have been our 62nd Anniversary and the kids all came in to be with me! It was very special!

We stayed at this beach house in Cocoa Beach for a long weekend and had a fantastic experience. The home was extremely clean, spacious, and clearly well taken care of, with great attention to detail throughout. Check-in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The beach access was private and super convenient, and the pool was a perfect bonus. Overall, a great spot for a relaxing getaway—would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Location

Greatly enjoyed staying at this property. The house was spacious and right on the beach. It is a public beach, but well maintained with beautiful white sand and clear blue water. Speaking of water, we loved that there was plenty of hot water for all 6 of us. Would stay again.

Great beach house!

Our family had a fantastic stay at this Cocoa Beach VRBO! The house was clean, spacious, and perfectly located near the beach. Everything was as described, and the host was super responsive. Highly recommend for a great Florida getaway!

Perfect family beach house

Our group of 12 had a wonderful stay (ages 6 to 72)! Great communication from our host and thoughtful touches for our parents’ anniversary. Best parts: space to spread out, access to beach, walkable to shops and cafes, high end appliances and amenities, and well stocked extras to make our stay comfortable. Would love to come back!

Family Vacation

Was quite impressed with the entire experience, pool was a bit smaller than expected and not heated. Thought the pool had a hot tub but it was a "cold tub"! but otherwise all was enjoyable. Distance to the beach was a major plus, everyone had a great time.

Cousins Reunion

Four cousins who have either never met or have not seen each other since childhood in the 1970's had a first reunion here. What a joyous and heartwarming gathering. More cousins want to come next time. We will meet at this house. The home was comfortable, had soul soothing sunrises and peace while walking on the beach. And restaurants, shopping, and fun activities are so close by.
