Pier Beach House! Heated Pool, Spa, Steps to Sand

Our Cocoa Beach home is a 3600sqft, two-story (with elevator) 6 bed 5 bath private residence.

Amazing gatherings out back feature a beautiful heated pool, hot tub and comfy lounging around the fire pit. We are located 100 meters to the sand, a 5min or less walk to the Pier, several bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Ron Jon Surf shop and other local attractions are less than 1 mile away.

The kids will love the garage game room with ping pong, foosball, and arcade games!
And everyone will enjoy the beach gear (pictured); bicycles, soft top boards, boogie boards, chairs, cooler, beach wagon, and plenty more.

The house was amazing, clean, fun and spacious! We love spending time around the pool with the kids and family just hanging out! I loved all the tv’s being smart! We don’t cook on vacation but anything we needed was there! This is the first house I’ve stayed in that provides Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash… I loved it. Amazing house!

The layout of the house was perfect. Every bedrohad a bath, which solved lots of problems. Teens hung out in the rear living area while adults had the living room. The kitchen was well equipped. We really enjoyed the large pool. The kids had so much fun. The game room with Pac-Man and ping pong table kept everyone entertained. The bikes were well-used by our teens. The beach was just a short distance away. I would highly recommend this house for a large family.

Great location just a block from the beach. Everything with the house was as advertised with the listing. Pool is good size and has a deep end. Would stay again.

Cocoa Beach Luxury

Our family of 10 stayed at this great location. Kids and grandkids enjoyed everything. The home was great, the things they supplied for the beach and pool were spot on and the area was great for food, both fine dining and grandkid friendly. We all had a blast. Thanks much to the owners who replied to every question immediately!!

Great vacation home!

Great home for a large group. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, the property was clean, there were many amenities (pool, hot tub, fire pit), great outdoor space and the location was very convenient. We appreciated the very responsive hosts who communicated quickly and gave us detailed information about the home. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Location for Families

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It is minutes from the beach, and the beach has been expanded since we were last in Cocoa Beach (2004), and it is a great beach with lots of room for families. The pool is large, and there is a comfortable and mostly shady sitting area with plenty of seating for a large group. There is also a large dining table both inside and outside. Publix is down the street. My first impression of the home was that it was in a funky area, because it is surrounded by condos, a motel, and other businesses, I was expecting a neighborhood. But it really is a great spot to vacation with children of all ages. Don't hesitate to rent this home.

Perfect for family

Owners provide lots of things for adults and children. Pack and plays, water toys, bicycles, kid size life vests, ping pong, arcade games, etc. Lots to do and the beach is very close.

Bi annual reunion

We are 8 very good friends that travel twice a year for our reunion. This house is perfect. Very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, 5 bathrooms, gorgeous backyard with pool and hot tub. The pictures on the web site are very accurate. Plenty of space as there is also 2 living rooms with enough couch space to fit all of us. Definitely an excellent home to rent. We will definitely be going back in April. Loved it.

The house was amazing. Perfect for my family and friends. The host was very responsive and helpful. The house was perfect !! Game rooms, bikes, pool and plenty of room and bathrooms. We had such a great time we will definitely be back.

Great house for a group

We had an excellent stay! The pool and outdoor space are amazing. The inside space was perfect for our adults trip. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. The beach was very close and we enjoyed happy hour at the fish camp grill across the street each night.

The house and amenities were amazing. Our grandkids loved this place. One block form the ocean where the kids would swim and play for 3 hours then back to the house and jump into the pool for a couple of hours.

Great Time in Cocoa Beach

The house worked great for our large group ranging from elderly to children. We loved how close the beach was, just a very short walk. After the beach, relaxing in the pool was fun. Especially loved the very large refrigerator/freezer in the house and the second one in the garage. The kids loved the ping-pong table and video games. Any questions we had, were answered immediately by the owners:)

This place was amazing!! We had 10. The GOOD: 1. Big pool (larger than we had expected and very clean pool area; nice hot tub and comfortable seating under the shade structure. 2. Total number of bedroom and bathrooms, lots of comfortable space. 3. Location very near the beach and the Pier, and close to restaurants and stores. 4. Cleanliness of the entire house, pool area and yard. 5. Beach toys and things for the beach, incl. chairs and umbrellas. 6. Beach towels. 7. Games in the garage. 8. Many nice, relaxing living, sitting and dining rooms. 9. Very nice kitchen and appliances. 10. Plenty of plates, glasses, cups, silverware and cooking utensils. 11.Nice to have trash and recycling pickup during the week. 12.Excellent instructions and information provided before our visit and during our visit. Things that can be improved (very minor items): 1. Internet/WiFi reception was spotty. Please check into why there were so many service interruptions. And TVs went out when the internet was down. 2. Landscaping: The dead brown fronds on the palm trees in the back should be pruned and removed. Crabgrass in the front landscaping should be removed or killed. 3. There was a pile of tree prunings and landscaping debris in front of the property all week, making things unsightly. That pile should be removed as soon as possible. 4. TV source did not have local channels live. We were OK with that, but would have been nice to have the major networks (ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox, ESPN, etc. live).

This place was amazing, truly couldn't find anything wrong. The whole family loved the place. We have rented several houses over the years and this was by far the best. The host has thought of everything to make this a 5 star place to stay.

Beautiful and spacious the perfect beach house vacation!

Wow! The game room, pool and comfy TV room were favorite spots for my four Granddaughters! Amazing collection of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys really made our beach time fun! Beach was absolutely perfect; only a few minutes walk with the Coco Beach pier just near enough. Great grocery store and Dunkin Donuts in close walking distance was nice! Rooms are VERY large with lots of balconies! Beds were ALL Comfy and A/C kept house at perfect temperature! A gigantic freezer/refrigerator and TWO coffee makers was a nice touch! They thought of everything! Our host responded to ALL questions and issues immediately!

Our family has lived just south of Cocoa Beach for several decades. We began doing our first vacation rentals far away from home in the late 1990s. Our journey then took us all the way back to our own doorstep to offer our expertise in the beautiful area Cocoa Beach. We love the surf, sand, and laid back beach culture of Florida's Space Coast and are proud to share this experience!
