This was our first time staying in a VRBO and the experience was amazing. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. It felt like home. The property manager was also quick to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this VRBO and hope to stay there again next summer!
Great house from which to explore Newport / Providence Rhode Island
The house was clean and comfortable. It looked as if all the bathrooms had just been redone, and the finishes were really upscale. We were 3 adults and we all enjoyed our stay. Also, Dany the host was wonderful to communicate with. We would definitely rent it again when in the area.
We were happy with the house. There were a few things and the owner came over and took care of everything. They were very accommodating. And even left us snacks. When we locked ourselves out they came right over and reset the lock. And we needed a bed in the office and they put a day bed in there for us. Thanks!
Tucked away in a well-kept dead-end neighborhood this house was everything we needed. It's within two miles of anything you could need, from groceries to coffee, to good Chinese food, and right near the highway for excursions out to all RI has to offer. We were able to grill out, do laundry, have plenty of our own space for recovery time, and stream on the gigantic tv. We found the kitchen to be the place to hang out, making good use of the very new fridge and gas range. Bathroom space is plentiful, and all the details are covered. Finally, the host, Dany, has been communicative and responsive at every turn, with clear and helpful guidelines and tips. To reinforce his note about quiet in the neighborhood, this not not a party house, but rather a great place to so spend time with family and friends and have easy access to the area. We were all very happy with our stay and highly recommend the house, and the host.
Home is okay, not the worst, not the best. The beds are all very firm, all three of my kids complained, I have back issues and this vacation suffered from dealing with an overly firm "nectar" mattress. The driveway is also on the side of the house and there is no clear walking path to go to the front door, nor is there a way to enter through the garage, so your left taking a steep walk to the front door through the yard, or walking on the road to the front walkway. We just started parking in the road. My biggest issue was consideration from the host. We were woken up at 730am on a Saturday, the only day we specifically reserved to be our sleep-in day for our vacation, as we had a plan for every other day/morning. I can understand needing repairs to a home, but making the appointment for them that early in the morning is inconsiderate for guests, we won't be staying at this home or with this host again.
Our stay was just what we needed! Centrally located in a safe neighborhood. Short drive into Providence for a Cirque Du Soleil show. We also drove down to Newport to go to the beach. On our last day we visited Electromagnetic Pinball Museum and Restoration in Pawtucket. Danyâs home was a great place to land each night to rest for our next adventure. Everything was clean, we were able to easily make breakfast each morning and there were even snacks waiting for us! The host was very communicative and answered all questions quickly. This was a perfect stay!
