We (2 adults - mother & daughter) had a wonderful stay! Very clean, comfortable and well-equipped accommodations for our three-night visit to the area. Quiet and private setting on a cul-de-sac; dedicated parking; within close (driving) distance to convenience stores, groceries, restaurants and shops. We chose this place because of the good reviews and it cost a little less than staying at Hilton. We were pleasantly surprised at the character it holds inside and outside. It was an excellent cozy size for our party of three adults. The place is clean and stocked with the essentials. The owners are very accommodating and very friendly.This place was perfect for us to visit Salem, Boston, Providence and the beach. One of the best VRBO homes we have stayed in. If you are looking for peace and quiet in your travels this is the spot. It's a lovely little place off the beaten path. It's clean and extremely comfortable surrounded by beautiful scenery. It's not far from anything. The owners are a lovely couple that live on the property but you never know that they are there. Definitely the first place I will look if I come back to town.

My two week stay over the holidays couldn’t have been better. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and very private over the detached garage. My stay in PVD was to help my college age son recover from foot surgery. This home provided the comfort needed. Comfy beds, privacy, accessible bathroom, recliner, full kitchen and laundry and a sun room. The hosts were so accommodating offering a shower seat and walker to help him with his recovery. This was super close to the airport and about 20 min. From Brown University. Greenwich is also a nice town with great restaurants and stores nearby to access everything you need. As we come back for the upcoming football season, we home to stay again under better circumstances! Thank you for the hospitality

We stayed for 3 nights and could not have been happier with our experience. The house was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and it was obvious from the moment we arrived that the hosts truly know what they’re doing.One of our favorite things about the property was how private and secluded it felt. Even though it’s located right across the road from the water, we still felt like we had our own peaceful retreat. The location was perfect as well. Everywhere we needed to go was within about 15 to 20 minutes, and there were several incredible restaurants less than 5 minutes away.The hosts were wonderful throughout our stay, but what really stood out was the personal touch. On our last morning, they brought over Chai to say goodbye, which was such a thoughtful gesture and a perfect ending to our trip.My mom, who lives in Rhode Island and knows the area well, stayed with me during the trip. She couldn’t stop talking about how much she loved the property and even said she could see herself living there. Coming from someone who already calls Rhode Island home, I think that says a lot about how special this place is.When we return to the area, I won’t even bother looking at other rentals. We’ll be staying here again. Highly recommended.Thank you for providing such a wonderful and accommodating experience for us!

Well-appointed cottage in convenient location

We loved our stay at this quaint little cottage. It was half way between Providence and the southern coast - perfect for day trips! Mandeep and Monica have provided everything you might need with thoughtful features like motion-sensored lighting, charging cords, welcome snacks, and even loaned us a birding book! It was a perfect stay in a quiet and beautiful backyard. Highly recommend.
