This was the nicest place I had a chance of staying in at the beach. Everything was up to par, clean and nicely setup. The place is definitely worth the money. Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your place and enjoy our time at the beach.

Great communication from management

Initial booking did differ from listing but this was quickly resolved and we recieved excellent communication from property management. We enjoyed our stay with family and will be rebooking in the future.

Great location and views

We really enjoyed our stay here, the location was very quiet, we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The balcony was, by far, our favorite place to hang out. We loved that eating our dinner out there. I would return to this place anytime!

Great Condo with fabulous balcony

This condo was well appointed and a great place to stay for a family Christmas get away. The balcony is huge and the electric fireplace was a nice feature. We really enjoyed it a lot. Worth noting too, is that it was 200.00 cheaper renting thru VRBO than it was on the competitions website.

The view and balcony in this property is amazing! The property has been slightly updated, but the amenities are very poorly maintained. Furniture broken, no shades in the living room area, doors won’t close, closet doors won’t open. The smell was also horrible when you first walk in. I think it was the refrigerator so we couldn’t (wouldn’t) put food in it. Vents were dirty and even the dryer vent was clogged with lint. Poor maintenance made me not use the dryer as a fear of fire.

1 of all the air vents that are never being cleaned.

Door was filthy with something splash. And it barely locked.

Misleading listing

This property has been under construction for months but buried that information. The title still claims it is a two valcony property even though both have been closed according to the agent for 3 months. They were very happy to keep our deposit.

Amazing rental property

Had an amazing time with my family in this unit. Everyone was pleased with all the amenities. (would love to have had a sweeper or broom available to get sand cleaned up). Would love to have this unit again, but may need to choose another week. Did not know the code for the restroom by the pool would have been very helpful for the kids. ***** + (5 stars +).

The only negative was that there were no beach chairs in the unit for us to to use at the beach. The only option was to buy them (which we did) or rent a cabana/chairs on the beach for $45.00 per day.

Other than that the unit was good but I've stayed in many units and this is the first one that I felt that the beds were uncomfortable and wasnt able to sleep.

The following deficiency were abserved. 1) Frayed curtains in master bedroom. 2) Rusted balcony furniture on front balcony. Furniture could cause injury if used. 3) Mold observed near window.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was as described and a very nice property. I would definitely consider a repeat visit. There were a few housekeeping lapses in attention to detail, such as some mold on the shower curtain liner and some men's underclothes (clean, I assume) being left behind in an armoire, and a load of wet towels in left in the washer. Otherwise, everything was perfect and made for a fantastic visit. Maintenance personnel were often visible and tending to the property and removing trash, which was a good sign. I would recommend this unit. The furnishings are a bit dated but fun and funky and we liked it.

End of Summer Break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I enjoy my stay at Carolina Dunes’s penthouse. On the day we arrived that we could check in around 2pm so we very please with that. Upon entering the apartment we love the layout. Our disappointment was in the patio windows had finger prints on them. The storage room was very disorganized that it look like junk room. The beach chairs was rusted so we did not feel safe using them. The carpeting was not vacuum very well. The sofa furniture was so soft and had no support in the cushion. In start kit I think it should have at least extra garbage We love your kitchen but your tile on bathroom walls need be scrub to remove mole and soap scum.

We would love to come twice however the other stay would be shorter maybe two to three nights but their limits in booking to have to book more. We absolutely love it here . The location suits us in easy access to food and entertainment while being less hectic. Quiet and peaceful! And Safe .
