Situé dans les Carolina Dunes. Belle vue sur l'océan depuis le balcon surdimensionné de ce condo mis à jour avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain en fait un séjour parfait! Vous vous sentirez comme chez vous avec sa grande cuisine avec comptoirs en granit, téléviseurs à écran plat, laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur, salon spacieux et balcon privé offrant beaucoup d'espace pour vous et vos invités pour profiter de vos vacances à Myrtle Beach. Ce condo de deux chambres a un lit king dans le maître avec une salle de bain complète, la deuxième chambre offre deux lits queen et le salon fournit un canapé-lit.

Le Carolina Dunes est situé dans la prestigieuse section Golden Mile de Myrtle Beach, connue pour être située au centre de toutes les attractions, boutiques, restaurants, divertissements de Myrtle Beach et à distance de marche de deux restaurants, un bar et Starbucks! Good oceanfront location for a week-long buddies golf trip to Myrtle Beach. Nice to watch the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony, and to relax looking over the beach and ocean at the end of the day.

Great condo

The condo has an amazing view of the beach, especially at night. We watched the moon rise over the ocean every evening while sitting on the balcony.

The property had a lot of room. It was nice and the pictures shown are just like it is. The only bad encounter we had was a loveseat with a bed. The frame was bent and hard to push back into the couch. However we did not need it during a visit. 3 of the beach chairs were broken but the owner immediately replaced them with nice beach chairs. I would stay here again and my rating would be a 9.

Very Nice

We were very pleased with the Carolina Dunes condo. We have stayed in the area at different properties in the past and really liked the condo in which we stayed. It was convenient and in an area of the beach that was not too crowded when we were there. The door code was a little tricky to navigate but we figured it out. We would go back to the same unit in the future.

Beautiful beachfront

The view from the balcony is beautiful, watching the sunrise from master bedroom is amazing. Great location, easy to get to fun activities. The kitchen has more than enough plates, bowls, glasses, and flatware. However, you will need to bring a lot of cooking utensils, pots, and pans. Don't forget clothes baskets and cleaning supplies. The decor is very 80s with plantation shutters and tables with iron bases and glass tops. Nice TVs in every room but no instructions for usage. Overall, I recommend but come prepared.

The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the master bedroom with all the windows overlooking the ocean. Checking in was great too- we never had to contact the mgmt company- everything was ready to go and waiting for us. Checking out was easy too, just followed the instructions given and all was well.

Construction

The location and the quality of the unit were great. My only issue was the construction going on the building. To be fair there was a warning that construction was occurring but a jack hammer running most of the day brought the construction noise to another level. We were offered a chance to move but groceries and had already been emptied. The weather was great so we were able to stay away most of the day.

Toward the weekend got very loud, 2 am someone was stomping around, woke the kids up, then screaming, a fight going on between a man and a women, again kids were woken up. Condo is older and needs some work, but has the million dollar view. Our suggestion is: please leave coffee filters, something like dawn, and maybe a few cleaning supplies, we left window cleaner, coffee filters, and dawn for the next visitors, Had a great time overall, would recommend it to anyone !!!!

We arrived late and were disappointed to find that there was not a bar of soap in the place, it would have been helpful to know this in order to prepare in advance. We had one minor problem and maintenance was there within 10 minutes after talking to Lisa. Lisa also brought our phone charger to the breakfast place we were dining at after we had already checked out, which I consider great customer service. I would schedule our next visit the first week of May as Biker"s weeks are the two weeks before Memorial day and the motorcycles get a little noisy. Still a great time.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been going to the Caravelle for 30 years. My mother went for years before that. The Carolina Dunes are perfect for my growing family. It’s home. We enjoyed the pool, the ocean, the location! Our condo was comfortable. It does need a deep clean as there was mold in the closets. And I was disappointed that the housekeeping staff cleaned out the drawers and cabinets so there were no left over coffee filters or dish soap that one can typically expect from year to year. The owners of the condo upgraded the outdoor future since last year with all seats to see the ocean better. That was a real treat!

Not a Quiet Area

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am not one to down a place but the ad says a quiet area and it is far from that. The ladies that worked with me to rent the place was very nice. My main concern was with Covid you never saw the few staff that you saw was not wearing mask. It mentions steps if you want to use them never saw steps or the office and also tried to call Carolina Dune at a time they should have been opened and they were closed. The room was nice but didn't make up for all the noise outside after 10:00pm. The pool closed at 10:00 but that is when people would start getting in the pool and also you heard fireworks after 11:00 Pm every night and the security guard finally showed herself on Thursday night so no one saw her from Saturday night thru Wednesday night and when you did finally see her she was one of the employees that didn't wear a mask. We made the best of it but if you are an older couple and like to be in a quiet area stay at Surfside it is very quiet.
