Vous vous sentirez comme chez vous avec sa grande cuisine avec comptoirs en granit, téléviseurs à écran plat, laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur, salon spacieux et balcon privé offrant beaucoup d'espace pour vous et vos invités pour profiter de vos vacances à Myrtle Beach. Ce condo de deux chambres a un lit king dans le maître avec une salle de bain complète, la deuxième chambre offre deux lits queen et le salon fournit un canapé-lit.

Le Carolina Dunes est situé dans la prestigieuse section Golden Mile de Myrtle Beach, connue pour être située au centre de toutes les attractions, boutiques, restaurants, divertissements de Myrtle Beach et à distance de marche de deux restaurants, un bar et Starbucks! Great condo

The condo has an amazing view of the beach, especially at night. We watched the moon rise over the ocean every evening while sitting on the balcony.

Very Nice

We were very pleased with the Carolina Dunes condo. We have stayed in the area at different properties in the past and really liked the condo in which we stayed. It was convenient and in an area of the beach that was not too crowded when we were there. The door code was a little tricky to navigate but we figured it out. We would go back to the same unit in the future.

Beautiful beachfront

The view from the balcony is beautiful, watching the sunrise from master bedroom is amazing. Great location, easy to get to fun activities. The kitchen has more than enough plates, bowls, glasses, and flatware. However, you will need to bring a lot of cooking utensils, pots, and pans. Don't forget clothes baskets and cleaning supplies. The decor is very 80s with plantation shutters and tables with iron bases and glass tops. Nice TVs in every room but no instructions for usage. Overall, I recommend but come prepared.

Construction

The location and the quality of the unit were great. My only issue was the construction going on the building. To be fair there was a warning that construction was occurring but a jack hammer running most of the day brought the construction noise to another level. We were offered a chance to move but groceries and had already been emptied. The weather was great so we were able to stay away most of the day.

Great oceanfront condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we loved our stay at Carolina Dunes #304. What more could you ask for than being right on the beach? The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the master bedroom with all the windows overlooking the ocean. Checking in was great too- we never had to contact the mgmt company- everything was ready to go and waiting for us. Checking out was easy too, just followed the instructions given and all was well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic view, first few nights were great. Toward the weekend got very loud, 2 am someone was stomping around, woke the kids up, then screaming, a fight going on between a man and a women, again kids were woken up. Condo is older and needs some work, but has the million dollar view. Our suggestion is: please leave coffee filters, something like dawn, and maybe a few cleaning supplies, we left window cleaner, coffee filters, and dawn for the next visitors, Had a great time overall, would recommend it to anyone !!!!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been going to the Caravelle for 30 years. My mother went for years before that. The Carolina Dunes are perfect for my growing family. It’s home. We enjoyed the pool, the ocean, the location! Our condo was comfortable. It does need a deep clean as there was mold in the closets. And I was disappointed that the housekeeping staff cleaned out the drawers and cabinets so there were no left over coffee filters or dish soap that one can typically expect from year to year. The owners of the condo upgraded the outdoor future since last year with all seats to see the ocean better. That was a real treat!

Not a Quiet Area

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am not one to down a place but the ad says a quiet area and it is far from that. The ladies that worked with me to rent the place was very nice. My main concern was with Covid you never saw the few staff that you saw was not wearing mask. It mentions steps if you want to use them never saw steps or the office and also tried to call Carolina Dune at a time they should have been opened and they were closed. The room was nice but didn't make up for all the noise outside after 10:00pm. The pool closed at 10:00 but that is when people would start getting in the pool and also you heard fireworks after 11:00 Pm every night and the security guard finally showed herself on Thursday night so no one saw her from Saturday night thru Wednesday night and when you did finally see her she was one of the employees that didn't wear a mask. We made the best of it but if you are an older couple and like to be in a quiet area stay at Surfside it is very quiet.

Won’t stay again

I will start with the positive. The condo looks like the pictures in VRBO. Wonderful view and easy access to the beach. Kitchen has nice appliances and is pretty well equipped. Location was good and easy to get to. Parking was good. When I contacted Luxury Beach Rentals, Lisa did try to resolve most of the problems but some she just could not resolve. The main issue we had were the floors throughout the condo were FILTHY. I happen to walk around barefoot a lot and my feet looked so dirty you would have thought I had walked around outside. Lisa did offer to have someone come and clean the floors but we were settled in and I wasn’t comfortable having someone coming into every room and cleaning. We wore socks or shoes the rest of our stay. The chairs provided for the beach were old and rusted. When you would carry them down to the beach you became covered in rust wherever it touched you. Lisa had one beach chair dropped off by a maintenance person. Of course, we were using more than one. There is no security to get into the building. You enter your unit with a keypad (which we really liked) but anyone could enter the building and take the elevator to any floor. All in all, this is not a building we would consider in the future. There are too many other condos to rent for us to consider renting here again.

Spring beach trip

This property was exactly what we wanted and expected. The location was perfect and the unit was clean,well maintained, and met our needs. The property management stayed in contact to make sure wenhad everything we needed. I would definitely stay in this property again.

A well maintained unit in a great location

Everything was clean, bright with a beach atmosphere. Beach access is amazing. We did stay through hurricane Debby so our visit was disappointing. I would suggest this rental for a couple or without children. The pool was frequently closed and there is no complimentary access to neighboring resorts with indoor pools. Overall if I was going to rent a getaway with no kids this would be a great choice. Not a great choice for young families if weather is bad.

Best Experience in a Rental Condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Things that matter: - Very clean: Every room was very clean and neat.- Comfort! Beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was fantastically comfy! Especially after a long day of sun and adventure. I can't thank the owner enough for NOT defaulting to the minimum, crummy, uncomfortable furniture.- Kitchen: So much counter space! Appliances in good working order. Both Keurig and standard coffee maker provided. A joy to cook in. (standard disclaimer - I always bring one "good" skillet and a couple of my own utensils because others are not as picky about the care of non-stick pans)- Balcony: One of the best features! The owner provided really nice, sturdy, comfortable lounge chairs that are taller so you have a fantastic view of the beach/ocean. 3rd floor offers a great view! Very roomy.- TV!!: Very nice large flat screen in the living room and small flat screens in each bedroom.- Building: Building is older with only about 40 units - it was generally quiet and the elevators were quick. It is kept clean and appears to be well maintained.- Pool: it was too chilly for me, but it looked very clean and other more hardy folks seemed to be having fun!- Location: This place is closer to the South end of Myrtle Beach and I would say centrally located to most anything available to do - only about 5-10 minutes to the Board Walk amusement park area. Plenty of restaurants! - Must See: Duck Donuts, Johnny D's (breakfast - yum!!), Pirate Show (bring your wallet!) Nice Mexican Restaurant within a few blocks from the condo that stays open late!- Sheets and bath towels: plentiful and decent quality! (bring your own beach towels!)SUMMARY - We can't wait to go back to this condo! If you have never been to Myrtle Beach - the sand is very fine and just a joy to walk on.Suggestion: Get a visitor's log book so that people can write down their expe
