I text the host my first day there. I received no response. Second day i decided to email as i had still received no response. Finally got a response from another number other than listed on the chevk in instructions and communication continued from there. I addressed several concerns aboyt the cleanliness of the unit; dirty and filty dishes/pots/pans, stained sofa mattress blood stained sheets and a broken freezer drawer. I was offered to get my cleaning fee back. I took pictures of everything. Once i agreed to getting my cleaning fee back, Janet then responds, please dont leave us a bad review. This was not mentioned when offered to give me the cleaning fee back. Im working with representation to see about getting a partial refund for the unsanitary conditions this place was in. I know the owner has no idea their property is not being csred for. The place has potential. They offered to reclean the unit, but what would that help? Youre not giving us a new mattress. Sheets were provided but at that point, we slept on our own blankets and towels. Blood is infectious. The brought trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. Again, this unit could not have been chevked and thoroughly cleaned upon our arrival. I still never received the clean i ng fee. I addressed that and took a screenshot of the text. Im hoping the owber sees this and reaches out to me, or someone so i can see about a partial refund. We were not comfortable duting our stay at all. I was so disappointed and still
