Welcome to Caribbean Resort 806, a 3-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront condo located at Caribbean Resort & Villas in beautiful Myrtle Beach. Situated on the 8th floor, this spacious suite offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic and a large private balcony perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze. The oceanfront master bedroom features a king bed and direct access to the oversized balcony, allowing you to wake up to stunning sunrise views. The second bedroom includes one queen bed, while the third bedroom offers two double beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups. The living room also features a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.

The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops and full-size appliances, making meal preparation easy and convenient. Additional features include flat-screen TVs, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a comfortable open-concept living and dining area designed for relaxing after a day at the beach. When we go to Myrtle Beach for softball, we always stay at the Caribbean. This is the first time we have used this specific condo and it was amazing as always. The check-in process was super fast and easy, everything was waiting for us and ready to go when we got there so we didn't have to wait in line to check in. Would absolutely rent through this again

Nice and spacious just two heads up. No ceiling fan in the master. Personally I need one to sleep best! And taking the trash is a haul behind the parking garage so just be prepared!

So much to do!!

We definitely enjoyed our stay! It was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for our group of 7! The view from the balcony was beautiful! And there are soo many amenities right there at the resort!

Condo great Property not so much

The condo was clean and ok… but the property was kinda rough… elevators we constantly breaking down And staff was having trouble keeping the property cleaned… The people renting the hotel rooms were disrespectful and trashy… they left trash and food by the pools and on the beach… the property was alot less than was expected…

The property is great!

The room is nice. I’ve never been to a Vrbo that didn’t have beach towels or salt!!! Yes table salt. The room and bathrooms and kitchen are very nice. There is plenty of utensils. The property (pool hotel gym game room etc not nice. Dirty. surroundings are not welcoming.). I definitely would look more NORTH if you are as picky as I am. Beach was great!

Our unit was in need of some repairs. Room wasn't ready at 4 so we stood in the hallway with all our luggage until we received a code. The reason we booked was because the resort and just done a multi million dollar renovation. Had a terrible leak in the ceiling above the TV in Living room and once we realized it some photos had already gotten wet. We were also disappointed that necessary items weren't restocked such as tp and trash bags. We paid almost 5 grand for 6 nights. The couch in the LR was a little worn and dirty looking as well. We won't stay there again. We usually stay at Ocean Reef but with the renovations we gave Caribbean a try.

North visits Myrtle

Finally convinced northern family to come to the ocean. For some it was their first visit. Our condo unit accommodated the 8 of us well. First impression of the oceanfront on the balcony was awesome. The unit felt clean. The kitchen with the raised countertop was well equipped with utensils and an array of small appliances. The washer and dryer were an appreciated amenity. The HVAC unit had to be replaced and the dryer had a minor glitch with the dial. Property manager and maintenance were professional in handling these issues. In spite of the extreme heat outside and issues with the HVAC on the inside, the northern family said they would like to return for another visit someday.

Nice Condo Unit but Resort Facilities Disappointing

Actual condo unit was beautiful but the Caribbean Resorts larger resort complex was disappointing. Check-in process was difficult. Poor advance communication and lock combination provided was incorrect which delayed Che k-in by almost an hour. Trash disposal was difficult and not well managed by facility. No trash room only small containers at end of hallways. Indoor pool for our youngest was dark and not well maintained.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are so sorry your door code did not work as it should have but happy we were able to get you in with a new code. Looking at our phone records, time stamped emailed including the correct code was sent to you at 4:15 pm 15 minutes after check in time. Rarely does the code we provide not work but fortunately we were able to set up an alternative code that got you entry to the condo. We do try to provide every guests their check in information 3 days prior to their arrival by email and text message. The day of arrival you also receive your check in information all which includes our phone and email contact information. We are sorry this system delayed you but glad you enjoyed the condo.
