Ce condo de deux chambres a un lit king dans le maître avec salle de bain complète, une deuxième chambre offre deux reines, et le salon offre un canapé-lit.

Le Dunes Carolina est situé dans la prestigieuse section Golden Mile de Myrtle Beach, connu pour être situé au centre de toutes les attractions de Myrtle Beach, shopping, restaurants, divertissements et à quelques minutes de marche de deux restaurants et un bar Starbucks! Good and Bad

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first day started off badly. The unit door code was supposed to be sent prior to check in (4pm) via text. We were at the unit at that time, but the code had not been sent. We had to call to get the code. Waiting until 4pm is bad enough-having to call to remind and get the entry code was irritating. Chairs on balcony had sand all over them and the supplied beach chairs were FULL of sand and closet was so full and messy the doors would not close. At night the place was very loud with (I assume) kids running all over and banging doors until about midnight. Small bathroom was not cleaned up well. On the positive side the unit was laid out nicely and located in a good spot.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Carolina Dunes was a great place to stay, probably our 3rd or 4th time, and will stay there again. The grounds are kept in great shape, the unit is in a great location and within walking distance of restaurants and other attractions. The condo we stayed at was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable.

Pros and cons

Pros: spacious condo on the beach with great views. Decorated nice. Location was good and close proximity to lots of restaurants and attractions. Beds were comfortable.Kitchen has pretty much everything you need. Unit has a washer and dryer. There is beach gear , such as chairs, pails and umbrella in the unit as well. Cons: entire unit could use a fresh coat of paint. Both bathrooms aren’t properly ventilated so one has a ceiling with cracked paint and the second had mold in the shower wall paint as well as on the ceiling. Door lock was broken and the main office was closed and we were told no one would come out to fix it for another full day till office opened on Monday. The answering service woman was extremely rude and acted inconvenienced at the request to have it fixed , but they did send someone out within a few hours once we pointed out it would be a safety issue if anyone could just walk into the apartment since it no longer locked. When we arrived they must have just cleaned the couches because the cushions were soaked, and remained that way for almost 3 days. Housekeeping should also pay attention to detail like the dust build up in air registers and other areas of condo. Overall, this is an ok place to stay but for the money they are asking a little tlc and elbow grease would go a long way to change this to a great place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived 7/13/24 and stayed until 7/20/24. This was our second year vacationing there. The location was great (on the beach). The accompanying pool was great. The area was clean and well kept with easy access and comfortable accommodations. Many attractions and activities within a short distance. Highly recommend Carolina Dunes.

Liked the simple decor, the spacious living room and bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen was appreciated. Owner was responsive to our concerns and gave very good instructions. Enjoyed the view of the beach and the comfortable porch.

Everything was perfect. From checking in to checking out. Pictures in the review were exactly as shown. Th kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans. Beautiful view. Rooms well decorated. The bathrooms could use a bit of an upgrade. Everyone had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay.

Vacation In Paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great vacation and relaxing. View was great which went well with warm/sunny weather. Room was all functional and stocked for the beach. Location on Myrtle Beach was great for a quick drive to local restaurants/shopping.The only issue we had was the main bathroom toilet was not working and dirty when we got there and took almost 24 hours to get a resource to come out and address. Luckily we had another toilet (master bathroom) that worked until this was resolved.

Awesome Family Vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a most wonderful family vacation at Carolina Dunes. Being oceanfront was wonderful, especially with 7 grandchildren out and about. The condo was very nice, especially the kitchen and living area. The master bathroom was okay...but after staying at Anchorage 2 for so many years, there is no comparison. There was some mold above the shower, which I tried to clean to no avail. When I called about no hot water in the master shower, it was taken care of immediately. Much appreciated! Thank you for a great week!

Beautiful condo with wonderful views of beach and ocean. Great location, close to downtown and fabulous restaurants. Small complex with nice size condo and balcony that suited us perfectly.

Reviewer Comments: If you want to wake up in the morning and see the sunrise over the Atlantic, take a dip in the pool, and maybe swim a lap or two, sit on the beach and soak up the sun followed by a leisurely walk along the surf as the sun goes down then this is your place. The unit is comfortable and provides easy access to both pool and beach. The other guests were also very lovely people.
