Vous vous sentirez comme à la maison avec des comptoirs en granit dans sa grande cuisine ouverte, d'une télévision à écran plat, machine à laver pleine taille et sèche-linge, un salon spacieux et un balcon privé donnant beaucoup de place pour vous et vos invités à profiter de vos vacances Myrtle Beach. Ce condo de deux chambres a un lit king dans le maître avec salle de bain complète, une deuxième chambre offre deux reines, et le salon offre un canapé-lit.

Le Dunes Carolina est situé dans la prestigieuse section Golden Mile de Myrtle Beach, connu pour être situé au centre de toutes les attractions de Myrtle Beach, shopping, restaurants, divertissements et à quelques minutes de marche de deux restaurants et un bar Starbucks! Nice beachside condo

Liked the simple decor, the spacious living room and bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen was appreciated. Owner was responsive to our concerns and gave very good instructions. Enjoyed the view of the beach and the comfortable porch.

Great Beach

Beautiful condo with wonderful views of beach and ocean. Great location, close to downtown and fabulous restaurants. Small complex with nice size condo and balcony that suited us perfectly.

My only negative comment would be there were no curtains in second bedroom and made sleeping difficult early morning. This was our second stay at this property and both times had difficulty with door locks. Perhaps time to address

The place was nice could use a new vacuum cleaner the one there was dirty and smelled would have loved to been able to use it. Other then that was everything you see on line.

Vacation In Paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great vacation and relaxing. View was great which went well with warm/sunny weather. Room was all functional and stocked for the beach. Location on Myrtle Beach was great for a quick drive to local restaurants/shopping.The only issue we had was the main bathroom toilet was not working and dirty when we got there and took almost 24 hours to get a resource to come out and address. Luckily we had another toilet (master bathroom) that worked until this was resolved.

The property manager was very helpful making great recommendations on where to eat and where to shop. Everything we needed was within a 1 - 5 minute drive. We would love to return and will keep this place in mind next time we plan a trip to Myrtle Beach.

The only negative comment I would have is Staff don't reply to emails very often and most times not at all which is how we were told to contact the office . So we learned that the only way to get information or things resolved was by phone. Once we got through to someone we always got a response or reaction.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a most wonderful family vacation at Carolina Dunes. Being oceanfront was wonderful, especially with 7 grandchildren out and about. The condo was very nice, especially the kitchen and living area. The master bathroom was okay...but after staying at Anchorage 2 for so many years, there is no comparison. There was some mold above the shower, which I tried to clean to no avail. When I called about no hot water in the master shower, it was taken care of immediately. Much appreciated! Thank you for a great week!

Pros and cons

Pros: spacious condo on the beach with great views. Decorated nice. Location was good and close proximity to lots of restaurants and attractions. Beds were comfortable.Kitchen has pretty much everything you need. Unit has a washer and dryer. There is beach gear , such as chairs, pails and umbrella in the unit as well. Cons: entire unit could use a fresh coat of paint. Both bathrooms aren’t properly ventilated so one has a ceiling with cracked paint and the second had mold in the shower wall paint as well as on the ceiling. Door lock was broken and the main office was closed and we were told no one would come out to fix it for another full day till office opened on Monday. The answering service woman was extremely rude and acted inconvenienced at the request to have it fixed , but they did send someone out within a few hours once we pointed out it would be a safety issue if anyone could just walk into the apartment since it no longer locked. When we arrived they must have just cleaned the couches because the cushions were soaked, and remained that way for almost 3 days. Housekeeping should also pay attention to detail like the dust build up in air registers and other areas of condo. Overall, this is an ok place to stay but for the money they are asking a little tlc and elbow grease would go a long way to change this to a great place to stay.

Beautiful Beach...Not So Beautiful Bathroom

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was fabulous and we appreciated the quick access to the beach. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in any of the faucets except the showers. The master bathroom needs significant work in the shower area to remove what appears to be mold and peeling paint. The condo had been surface cleaned but upon looking closer you could see that baseboards and harder to reach places were not clean. Additionally, there was a note to not set the A/C below 71. It was 107 last week with the heat index and we spend the majority of our days outside at a softball tournament so returning to a cool place was important...I turned it down as low as it would go but was disappointed that it couldn't be lowered further than 69 degrees. If that is going to be the case - it should be advertised in advance. Additionally, the door sticks horribly and made entry and exit difficult. Again - the location was wonderful but it was significantly overpriced for the interior quality and cleanliness.

The accompanying pool was great. The area was clean and well kept with easy access and comfortable accommodations. Many attractions and activities within a short distance.
