Vous vous sentirez comme à la maison avec sa grande cuisine ouverte, d'une télévision à écran plat, machine à laver pleine taille et sèche-linge, un salon spacieux et un balcon privé donnant beaucoup de place pour vous et vos invités à profiter de vos vacances Myrtle Beach. La chambre principale a un lit king avec une salle de bain complète, la deuxième chambre offre deux lits doubles, la troisième chambre avec deux jumeaux et le salon a un canapé-lit queen size.

Le Dunes Carolina est situé dans la prestigieuse section Golden Mile de Myrtle Beach, connu pour être situé au centre de toutes les attractions de Myrtle Beach, shopping, restaurants et divertissements. We were in town for a basketball tournament and the place was great for two moms and two girls. The condo was well stocked. The only downside was that the back bedroom was really warm. It stayed about 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the condo. Overall would stay here again.

The only bad thing was that we didn't get to enjoy our balcony they should have told everyone before booking but other than that the place was absolutely amazing

We checked in at 4:00 pm and found the toilet clogged and full of excrement. After many calls and promises the toilet was not unclogged until just before lunch the following day. It still was in bad need of cleaning. Again, after many calls and promises of expedited cleaning, it was finally cleaned late in the afternoon.

July 2025 family vacation

overall impression was clean and inviting we were so excited however the outlets in the kitchen did not work and it took three days to get working , the one tv in the bedroom never worked the balcony was not ready which was so disappointing and wish we were giving more notice .the noise from 7:30 am -5 pm was god awful.it was our one trip with our grandchildren and it was a disappointment.Thank goodness the weather was beautiful and we could be out all day .We really want to come back next year but are hesitant…because we loved the location and the set up of the condo .

Overall good accommodations

Condo was good overall, and kitchen is really nice. Good location and overall pretty chill. Only real bummer was other units were smoking on their balconies and it seemed to always drift up when we hoped to hang out there.

Great getaway!

Property was in an excellent Location. Our unit was waterfront with a beautiful view of the ocean. Unit was clean and very well laid out. They were ample pots and utensils for cooking. Pool was very conveniently located with a short walk to it. We enjoyed our vacation very much and would like to go back at some point in time and stay in this lovely unit.

When i arrived, there was no check-in office for help when i needed it. We were not told the balcony was under construction until the day before our arrival. Our door code stop working, so maintenance had to be called to open the door, whom by the way was totally rude over the phone and seemed irritated. Overall, unsatisfied.

Not Glam- but OK for average expectations…

There were definitely some updates needed on this condo. The middle bedroom bed…. The mattress was TERRIBLE you could feel the springs in your back…. Microwave door handle broken and the dryer took 3 cycles to dry a load of laundry. Needs some work but we made it work. Lots of beach stuff in the hall closet to use that was nice.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great but I would look for a different unit at Carolina Dunes or a neighboring building. This one was not clean. However, they were very responsive when we asked them to replace a very mildewed shower curtain and to please clean the filthy air return just inside the door. I would never ask anyone to sleep on the very squeaky bunkbeds.

Another Great Stay at Carolina Dunes

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at the Carolina Dunes six or seven times now. It's in the perfect location, away from the noise and crowds of downtown (but you may want a car to get around). The view of the sunrise from the balcony is unmatched. We really enjoyed our stay in unit 506. The condo was clean and matched the photos. A few notes for improvement... None of the TV's are smart TVs, so no streaming. The TV in the living room should be updated to a smart TV IMO. The sofa in the living room is stylish--but not comfortable. The dryer barely works. We had to run it on a full cycle four times to get anything to dry. None of that drastically impacted our vacation. Management happily arranged for a late checkout since the unit wasn't rented on our check-out day. Would absolutely stay in this unit again!

Sunrises!!!!

Reviewer Comments: Not to happy with the overall condition of the condo, needed a lot of cosmetic work, with a new dryer, called numerous times, they did send someone to fix it, it still took 3 hours to dry a small load, my fault I did not call again! We did get a new washer, they immediately did get us that. The bed clothes were very dirty, I did wash all bed clothing and did not report that, it does need appliances updated, toaster worked but all dented, furniture very uncomfortable! We were there for 3 months, so I guess I noticed more! They were working on the building so we never got to use the pool or sit around it. When all said and done I would go back in a heartbeat! With a new dryer! Exceptional sunrises and views of the ocean another big plus. If only the owner would pay some attention to this could be beautiful condo! The property management took care of all my complaints the ones I told them about within a few hours or a day or two!!

Carolina Dunes Unit 506

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit smelled musty and damp. The ceiling was peeling off in the kitchen over the dishes. The ac vent over the kitchen had black mold around it. I would have hated to see the inside of the duct. I know that moisture and dampness is not a new problem. The smell of mildew and dampness in the unit is strong. The unit needs a dehumidifier probably as part of the ac unit. The unit had updated flooring, but the remainder of this unit is in need of updates.The. Fire alarm system was malfunctioning. It was went off on the tue/we’d of our stay. However it went off at 3am, 5am, and 6am on Friday which was our checkout day. We did not get very much rest before having to pack up and drive home. This experience was unfortunate because the unit has so much potential. Great size and location.

We are sorry you had these issues. We had the ac guys in after you left and cleaned the ducts. We also had the ceiling and vents fixed so these are no longer issues. The fire alarm is not something we have control of and are sorry it went off during your stay, this is the first time we have had a problem with them.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the proce of this condo it is most definitely worth it. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. Ill start with the cons so we can end on a good note...The middle bedroom mattress is a spring mattress and was a bit uncomfortable. The unit itself could use some upgrades/maintenance on small things like paint touch ups, a few small fixes to cabinets, blinds, shower shelves, etc. Could use just a general upgrade to some things Small things. Overall the unit was clean, stocked, and the view is perfect from the balcony. The master bedroom has a wonderful view and the bed there is comfortable. The patio furniture is sturdy and comfortable, and the space in this unit is great for a family. The company accommodated an early and late check out which was much appreciated. We've ultimately stayed in more updated, nicer condos, but enjoyed our stay here and would stay again without hesitation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We used Luxury Rentals for our stay in the Carolina Dunes for a week. We have stayed in that vuilding many times but never through Luxury Rentals! Usually we use the front desk across the street which has left us furious and relocated 3 times!! Luxury Rentals was sooo much better No hassles, no front desk, keyless entry, no hassles with our room being unavailable. What a difference!!! I'd definitely recommend using Luxury instead of the Caravelle front desk!! Room was clean with beautiful view and nicely stocked and furnished. Nothing but compliments from us!

That location was accessible to everything you needed I do you think they should update a little bit especially the appliances and the televisions because if they have been smart TVs we could’ve streamed are movies that we like to watch but other than that it was a wonderful place to say
