Large Oceanfront 3 Bed Corner Unit- by Luxury Beach Rentals!

Brought to you by Luxury Beach Rentals, this 3 bedroom suite on the 20th floor is an oceanfront corner unit with huge corner balcony and offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic. This condo offers an oceanfront master bedroom with king bed and access to the huge oceanfront balcony. The second room offers one queen bed, the third room offers two double beds. Other features include flat screen TVs, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops.

The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children’s splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn. The resort also has a Starbucks and ice cream shop onsite.

The property management was great to work with. Had an issue right after check in and they were able to accommodate us and move us to another property. Very polite and respectful.

We had a very nice Thanksgiving trip to the beach. The resort is in a good location and everything went well with the condo.

CCMF Trip

The condo was gorgeous! Nice and spacious for the group, great AC, amazing beach view and access. Excellent amenities. Slept very well. The patio door in one of the bedrooms was covered with plywood, I would have rather have known it was damaged ahead of time. The pots and pans and dishes got us through the trip but honestly for a condo that hosts up to 10, the amount of kitchen stuff is sparse. Also, there was a broom but no dustbin, so we couldn’t sweep up sand and dirt very well. Overall still a great place to stay!

Labor Day Family Get Away

The condo is just like you see in the pictures. It was clean and comfortable for our whole family. The view from the balcony is amazing. The resort has a lot of amenities for everyone of all ages. I would definitely book again.

The condo was exactly how it was advertised. The view is unbelievable. Very clean and easy waking distance to everything. We would definitely stay there again.

The views are amazing! Very tiddy! We had a few issues that were handled in a timely manor.

We definitely recommend this unit. The sunset and sunrise views are second to none. The amenities are great for families.

Beautiful stay and what a view! Short distance to everything we needed! Great family vacation! The room was cleaned but could use some touch ups with painting. Check in and out process was so easy.

Beautiful views

The condo on the 20th floor was beautiful. The hotel was very busy with lots of families. I booked it for location and was very happy. Its a very busy place in July but the bath like water is worth its weight in gold.

Refreshing Retreat

This was a wonderful place for our family vacation! The beach, sunrise, and ocean views were breathtaking! We enjoyed our time here. The condo was neat and clean. Time on the balcony watching the sunrise over the ocean and listening to the waves was a favorite along with the many pools and time on the beach. The host made sure we knew she was available and was quick to answer any questions we had. Would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the property - especially the view and location. The unit was clean, however could use some updates. The Caribbean Resort overall definitely needs maintenance, updates and regular cleanings in the common areas, elevators and hallways.

Great Vacation

Celebrated my sons 1st birthday. Great view and location. Easy access and communication. With the accommodation of sleeping 8+ people more trash bags and more than 1 extra rolls of toliet paper should be provoided. Wish there was at least salt & pepper in the kitchen. Oven needs deep cleaning, every time you cook and open fire alarm goes off. Master bedroom is extremely HOT due to windows, fans were provided! Overrall great place.

We weren't going to go out and buy more when we only stayed 2 nights. We couldn't empty the trash and almost ran out of tp.
