Relaxing Coastal Escape

Luxury at its finest!

Beautiful 20th floor unit w/ huge oceanfront balcony providing panoramic ocean views. Featuring floor to ceiling windows / granite countertops in kitchen and all bathrooms / large walk in shower and flat screen tvs! Brought to you by Luxury Beach Rentals, this 3 bedroom suite on the 20th floor is an oceanfront corner unit with huge corner balcony and offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic. This condo offers an oceanfront master bedroom with king bed and access to the huge oceanfront balcony. The second room offers one queen bed, the third room offers two double beds. Other features include flat screen TVs, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops.

The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children’s splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn. The resort also has a Starbucks and ice cream shop onsite.

CCMF Trip

The condo was gorgeous! Nice and spacious for the group, great AC, amazing beach view and access. Excellent amenities. Slept very well. The patio door in one of the bedrooms was covered with plywood, I would have rather have known it was damaged ahead of time. The pots and pans and dishes got us through the trip but honestly for a condo that hosts up to 10, the amount of kitchen stuff is sparse. Also, there was a broom but no dustbin, so we couldn’t sweep up sand and dirt very well. Overall still a great place to stay!

Family Getaway

Took the family on a trip to Mrytle Beach for their Christmas gift. Had 2 grandkids ages 8 and 10. Pools and beach were awesome. Great time of the year to go. Accomadations were excellent.

Labor Day Family Get Away

The condo is just like you see in the pictures. It was clean and comfortable for our whole family. The view from the balcony is amazing. The resort has a lot of amenities for everyone of all ages. I would definitely book again.

Great Vacation

Celebrated my sons 1st birthday. Great view and location. Easy access and communication. With the accommodation of sleeping 8+ people more trash bags and more than 1 extra rolls of toliet paper should be provoided. Wish there was at least salt & pepper in the kitchen. Oven needs deep cleaning, every time you cook and open fire alarm goes off. Master bedroom is extremely HOT due to windows, fans were provided! Overrall great place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location for a family. We had my husband, myself, a 19 year old and two 17 year olds and it was perfect space! Easy check in and check out! Lots to do in the area!! I would recommend another full length mirror in master bedroom - as someone who isn’t tall, I could only see my shoulders and head in bathroom mirror lol. I would book again!

Washer was broken and dishwasher leaked all over the kitchen floor and didn’t work. There wasn’t enough kitchen items to cook took all week to get the washer fixed. The glass dining table was missing a part, and it was fixed with a clothes pin that was put underneath the glass. The vacuum didn’t work.

Very nice condo

Room was great. Balcony was amazing. Master bedroom had beautiful large windows with a beautiful beach view. Condo was clean and had everything thing in kitchen you could need you cook full meals. The only negative thing I can say is that the pools were not the cleanest. The outside pool often had random things floating in it like paper, food and even a bar of soap at one point. We seen staff cleaning pools every morning but by evening there was stuff floating in them again. Despite that I would stay again. Check in was easy, just enter code and open your door. Check out was simple and easy. Just sent a txt saying checked out and that’s it. Overall we had a great time and the condo was great. I would definitely recommend.
