Vous vous sentirez comme à la maison avec des comptoirs en granit dans sa grande cuisine ouverte, carreaux de planche de luxe, d'une télévision à écran plat, rondelle pleine grandeur et sèche-linge, un salon spacieux et un balcon privé donnant beaucoup de place pour vous et vos invités de profiter de votre Myrtle Beach vacances. La chambre principale a un roi lit avec une salle de bain complète, la deuxième chambre offre deux reines, troisième chambre avec deux lits jumeaux et le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit.

This was an excellent place to stay. From booking , to parking, check-in to check-out. The condo was perfect! Very nice, clean and private. This condo was located at the end of the building on the second floor. Awesome view to the ocean and very short walk to the beach. The pool was relaxing and clean and the employees that were there were awesome too! Had a great vacation and highly recommend visiting and staying at this particular condo.

Excellent condo. Check-in was very easy and stress free. Kitchen was equipt well with utensils, pots, plates, etc. However there were only two trashbags for 7 people over 3 full days and 2 partial days. Not a huge deal but would have liked to know ahead of time to be prepared to bring extra. Another "issue" was the internet. It was like we were connected to public and had very very poor signal. Otherwise, this was a wonderful place to stay and would love to return next year!

The condo has little decor other than a warning sign about not touching rhe television. Nothing homey or beachy or any decor at all. The living room furniture was uncomfortable. The dining table and chairs were old and rickity. The bathrooms need updating. The toilet in the first bathroom wouldn't flush correctly, the ceiling had shadows of mold on them, the shower liner was stained and mildewed, and the plug for the drain was broken and removed laying on rhe side of the tub. The door to the 2nd bedroom was not working correctly and my daughter was locked in the room. We tried to have her come through the side balcony to our room but we also could not unlock the sliding door in the first bedroom. We did not feel comfortable in this condo.

Amazing

Check in was easy. We had a wonderful stay Everything was great. Only down side was no balcony. (Closed off for repairs and couldnt open windows) Wish we could have gotten discounted some for that. Overall we willbe using this place again.

The apartment was really nice. The location was great and the beach access was good too. The only thing is that I wish that they were more transparent with the fact that they were under construction. I was woken up bring and early at 7 am every day to construction noises right in front of my room. I’m sure they will be done with it soon just wish that the people listing the place were more transparent with it earlier in the process of booking the apartment. Another complaint on noise is that the hotel next door is REALLY loud. They blast music all day and you can hear it from there. Either that that it’s a great place if your looking for a place to stay in Myrtle beach.

Great place!

We were first timers to Myrtle Beach and struggled a bit to find a place that comfortably fit 7 of us (4 adults; 3 teens). After searching for quite awhile and going back and forth on this property and a few others, we settled on this one. No regrets! Right on the beach, loved the covered parking spot, easy access, and clean property. Management was very communicative and friendly. Safe and secure (despite Tropical Storm Chantal’s threats). Glad we stayed here!

When I walked into the apartment I thought the rooms were really nice, very spacious and updated. I like the location and the apartment overall. In the master room on the first day toilet flooded had to plunge myself. I called Maintance and no one never showed the whole stay. There’s suppose to be access to the pool and water park next door but I wasn’t giving access due to the actually room I booked. This didn’t make much sense. But the hot tube was taped off and dirty due to construction going on. There was orange tape everywhere around the building. The noise wasn’t too bad from the construction but there was no warning from the owners. I was told I would get 20% off for all the inconveniences but I never received anything. I was told my case was sitting on the owners desk. Been a week haven’t heard anything. Also wasn’t allowed on the balcony it was under construction for every room. That was the worse part about it.

Nice Kitchen for Thanksgiving

Overall it was a nice stay. My family stated how all bathrooms were a bit small for plus size people. Beds were all memory foam type mattress. Also, maybe a deep cleaning could be done as floors were sticky & a bit dirty when walking barefoot. I understand companies just clean the basics to get it ready for the next customer, but a deep cleaning is needed. Window sill had not been cleaned of dust, flying bugs and debris.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We last minute decided on a weekend anniversary trip. We have used Luxury Rentals several times and have never been disappointed. Our trip this time was probably the best ever. Our condo was clean, well-equipped, and beautiful. As sixty year olds, we had trouble with the TV. They quickly came to our rescue to fix. Would definitely recommend this condo to all. We will be back. Great weekend with wonderful accommodations! Thank you for top notch everything!!!!:)

The stay was short

Upon arrival the condo was beautiful and had plenty of room for our family of 8. However, we were quickly displaced when we found bedbugs in the master bedroom. The property did refund us but could not help us with a new rental and it being Labor Day weekend it was very hard to find a place to accommodate 8 people. They also wanted to communicate through text which I felt was rude. They seemed kinda callus about the situation. The maintenance man who came to do the inspection was the nicest person we dealt with in the situation. It did put a damper on our family vacation. We probably won’t book through this rental company anymore.

At 1st check in we had some concerns, but were immediately fixed by property management. 10/10 Suzanne was absolutely amazing with checking on us. Cleaners that came were 10/10 we hope to return to this beautiful home soon.

Nice unit

We loved the place. Location was close to a lot of recommended places to eat and not too far away from the airport. I did not receive the door code before arriving but luckily the phone line had a 24 hr person to connect to. The property manager is very responsive. All the beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure and there were plenty of bath towels for everyone. One of the beach chairs may need to be replaced because the seat is starting to give on one side but my friend was still able to use it. There is someone cleaning or working on the property daily. If you use an umbrella can only be back at the umbrella line on the beach -we had to move back from where we originally were. Pool was refreshing and the walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. Also for those wondering the coffee pot is a keurig and is for both a single cup or a pot. Would stay here again if I’m in a big group. Really enjoyed our stay! The pictures are representative of the rooms. Bathrooms aren’t huge but worked for our group. They even had movies and games to play in one of the closets. Nice place!

Enjoyed our stay !!

Loved the Condo!! Had plenty of room!! We were a group of 8 .. 4 adults, a 8 & 10 yr old , 2 yr old and a 5 month old! Convenient access to the beach and pool! Will book again in the future!!

Girl's get away

The condo itself was nice. With the exception of mold in the master bathroom and in the dishwasher. We bought mold spray ,but help very little. Sheets in one of the rooms were never washed. The location was perfect and the people around the Condo were very friendly. Would we return? Yes, but in a different unit now that we know they all look the same in hopes they are kept up better.
