Great place

Only complaint is mattresses. Good mattresses are cheaper than they use to be. Owners should consider this small investment. Condo practically perfect. Long walk to parking garage. I’m getting older.

Great place. Dunes resort was wonderful for the kids- they loved all the waterpark options. Condo was wonderful. Comfy beds. Very clean. Easy kitchen tor cooking - good pans and plenty of dishes and other stuff you need. Owners weee incredibly accommodating and responsive. My only advice is that if you cook and keep leftovers you should bring Tupperware or Saran Wrap.

Very family friendly place! Super clean and great hosts. We traveled with our 17 year old triplets and there was plenty of room and activities for everyone! One of the kiddos forgot a pair of shorts and they even returned them via mail. Thanks again!

Everything was fine except not having a washer. I had to go to the laundry mat at the condo. The washer tore up first night. Water went all in the floor. No one ever came and fixed it.

Mother’s Day family retreat

This condo had everything we needed. We all enjoyed the view of the beach. The kids enjoyed the water park especially with all the rain. The only issue was with the coffee maker. We filled it with 8 cups of water and only 5 cups brewed. Overall a nice place.

Spring break family trip

This was perfect for our family! 10 of us got to come and enjoy the ocean views, 10 min drive to any of the attractions we wanted to do! Beach access, outdoor park and pools, volleyball court kept the kids busy, and to top it all off the indoor water parks were amazing. We didnt have to leave the property to have a good time. From senior citizen grandparents to my 4 year old daughter everyone enjoyed the trip!

Nice Place

The Penthouse was well stocked with everything we needed. Only down size was the weather was 30 degrees below normal. The bright side ALL the indoor HEATED lazy rivers and inside water slides and 2 hot tubs oh I forgot the heated pools inside also. You can't go wrong even in trouble cold weather!
