Featuring floor to ceiling windows and an oversized balcony along with granite countertops in kitchen and all bathrooms makes this a perfect spot to vacation. Brought to you by Luxury Beach Rentals, beautiful penthouse condo w/ panoramic ocean views. It does not get more luxurious than this! Featuring floor to ceiling windows and an oversized balcony. The master features a king size bed, large flat screen TV and private entrance to main balcony. The second bedroom has two double beds, third bedroom has a king bed that can be converted into two twin beds on request and the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. You will also enjoy large flat screen tvs in all rooms, washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with traditional & Keurig coffee makers, granite countertops and two additional bathrooms with granite countertops. 65 inch TV in the living room TV with internet tv so you can stream your accounts with Netflix, Hulu or YouTube.

The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. The Cypress Room is an award winning onsite restaurant which serves breakfast and dinner daily with lunch options available on the patio and at the pool bar during the summer months. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, three pools, spas, children’s splash pool, and waterfall / rock formations overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn. The condo is high enough up to avoid the pool noise in summer and enjoy total privacy. This condo is second to none in spacious accommodation, luxury appointments, attention to every detail and is in pristine condition.

-7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday required in peak summer season and 3 night minimum outside summer season.

- 25% deposit to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

This was such an amazing condo. Located just minutes from shopping, food, and entertainment. We really just travel to relax and getaway from all of life hustles and this place did not disappoint. The property did have some cable issues but with all the notices posted this was resolved quickly with a quick channel scan. Such an amazing experience from the polite staff or even other guests staying on the property everyone was so welcoming. We mainly enjoyed the balcony and spent most of our time there enjoying both gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. My only wish was having luggage carts as this resort does not provide any so it was a bit of a hassle making several trips from the car to the room, but we also don’t travel light lol so we got a good workout in.

Absolutely LOVED our stay! Was it perfect, no, what might others might pick apart and say is worn honestly was not important or make the place beautiful. It had more than everything we needed. Clean and comfortable! The balcony and view were my favorite part. Could have spent every second enjoying that (and the weather wasn’t great). Hosts were very reaponsive and great to deal with.My one and only complaint/words of advice; TVs are NOT the best. Bring your own dvds! I tried to be proactive and bring a roku stick, unfortunately there was no way to plug it in as the tv was mounted directly to the wall with no access. Management tried to be helpful, but unfortunately there was no helping the situation and the channel selection was terrible. Other than that.....GREAT place to stay!

With a great view of the ocean and in a location that has many options for food and entertainment, this is a great place for fun and relaxation.

View and furniture was nice. The unit needs some updating, knobs falling off kitchen cabinets, and dishwasher needs to be replaced.If your renting to groups for a week of 8 people you should add more paper products, toilet paper, paper towels, and facial tissue. Just put it in the cost of the room.

The furnishings were not in line with the price of the unit. Not enough dishes/pans. Mattresses and bedding was very poor. And there was only 1 king bed. The other was 2 beds pused together which is NOT a king.

Great location. The balcony view is spectacular. The amenities, including the pool and hot tub and the access to the beach were great. Towel service is included. The unit was very clean and spacious with comfortable bedding. The furniture and decor is a bit dated, but quite acceptable given the price range. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet getaway

Overall it was a beautiful place. The indoor pool was not in order, which was unfortunate. It also said there was a smart tv and that was not the case. However, the room was beautiful and clean, and the hotel staff were all very pleasant.

Great accommodations!!!

We Loved the condo!! It works great for all of our family of 8 including 2 small children. Great area and felt safe!! Nice to have the indoor pools when the weather wasn't great outside!! We'll visit again!!
