Profitez du plein air: vous ��tes �� quelques pas de l'Intracoastal Waterway et vous aurez une vue imprenable depuis votre terrasse sur le toit!

En plus de la terrasse sur le toit, vous aurez une grande véranda et une piscine privée pour se d��tendre dans cette maison de quatre chambres. Il y a beaucoup de sièges autour de la piscine à utiliser pendant l'heure du déjeuner. Nous vous recommandons de griller quelques hamburgers sur barbecue au gaz de la maison!

La maison dispose d'une cuisine ouverte et salle ���� manger si vous pr��������f��rez cuisiner à l'int��rieur, ainsi que d'un salon spacieux équip�������� de son surround pour votre ����quipage pour profiter. Pour garder tout le monde propre, il y a une douche extérieure séparée pour rincer apr��s un plongeon dans la piscine et un lave-linge et s��che-linge (situé dans le hangar s�������������������������par�� de la maison) de sorte que vous pouvez emballer la lumière!

La suite principale spacieuse comprend un lit de repos de bonus avec un lit gigogne pour les options de couchage suppl�����mentaire. La salle de bains en-suite du maître a une douche carrel��e et une baignoire jardin.

The home has a nice layout with big spaces for gathering and lots of room to spread out... tidy and well maintained. The property is in a quiet area and the pool is wonderful! Loved the location on the island and the walk to the beach was really easy.We rented bikes and brought our own beach chairs and pool floaties (although there are some floaties that were there). We also brought hair dryers, although I did find one in the upstairs bedroom (not listed in the property description).

The women at the desk when checking in were rude, not only to me but witnessed it to other guest trying to check in as well. The house was not cleaned well. There was hair on the walls of the showers and old pee around the toilets.

We had a wonderful time staying in this spacious home with the whole family! The pool was so refreshing and we were only a couple of blocks from the beach! This is a great place to stay with family or friends. I would highly recommend!

Most houses I rent have extra trash bags, or basic cooking items like Oil or some spices. This property didn't anything like that. Seems it's cleaned out after each guest. Unfortunately the back steps were slippery when wet and my husband slid down the stairs. Gratefully he was only bruised. When we told the rental agency they did come and put some slip strips on the steps. Our only complaint was we were not told about the information book at the house. By not knowing we needed to read the book we were issued a $100 parking ticket. The parking permits were in the book. The rental agency should have told us about this. When we checked in we only got a slip of paper with the door code and WiFi password.

Island Realty made the whole experience very simple, communicated early and provide above and beyond support with things to do, places to visit and where to eat. The house was exactly as described and very clean which was important to us given the current Covid-19 situation. The house had a closed in outside area for evening drinks, a rooftop where we enjoyed watching the sunset and a pool to cool down during the day. The property is within a few minutes walk to the beach. Close to everything it was easy to sightsee, get food in or anything of interest. Plenty of room for the 7 of us that stayed with everything we needed to make it comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you're looking for a spot that is a walk to the beach and an easy drive into Downtown, THIS IS YOUR SPOT! A group of 7 of us stayed here for the Charleston Basketball Classic and couldn't recommend it more. Between the screened in 2nd level porch, the crows nest rooftop, and the pool patio, this house has all the outdoor entertaining space you'll ever need. The kitchen and bathrooms are all beautiful and updated. The only thing that could be better(and I'm being petty), is the entertainment center in the living room could be better. Overall, 9.5/10. Thanks, and we'll be back.
