Adorable 3br/2ba home in a quiet, up-and-coming neighborhood in one of the most convenient locations in Charleston. Home has been completely remodeled and features an open floor plan and modern furnishings throughout, perfect for the discerning traveler. The home is only a 5 minute walk from The Bend, a local outdoor concert venue, and within a short drive of most other points of interest, making it easy to take advantage of everything Charleston has to offer!
- Living area with sofa, chair, and Smart TV
- Kitchen with bar stool seating for 3, all major appliances, coffee maker, and tea kettle
- Dining area with seating for four
- Master bedroom with king bed, Roku Smart TV, and full ensuite bathroom with standing shower
- Second bedroom with queen bed
- Third bedroom with queen bed
- Second full bathroom with shower/tub combo
- Laundry area with washer/dryer
- Office with desk
- Front porch with outdoor seating for 2
- Sleeps 6
Guests have access to the entire home except for the outdoor storage closet used for owner storage.
There is a driveway that can fit up to three vehicles with one covered space under the carport.
The area is best explored with your own vehicle, as most sites are around a 10 minute drive from the home and public transportation in Charleston is not very convenient.
There are Uber/Lyfts throughout Charleston if you decide to leave your vehicle at home.
The home is managed locally by Southern Charmed Hospitality Group, so someone is always available if any issues or concerns arise.

Dorchester Terrace is a historically working class neighborhood that arose in the 1940`s to provide simple and affordable housing to the Navy Yard workers and features mostly smaller one story homes and bungalows, many of which have been refurbished as newer residents are migrating to the area. It has become one of the most convenient locations to explore Charleston!
The home is located:
- 5 minute walk to The Bend, a local outdoor concert venue
- 7 minute drive to Riverfront Park, a picturesque park located on the Cooper River that also hosts local concerts and events
- 10 minute drive to Downtown Charleston
- 10 minute drive to the Charleston International Airport
- 10 minute drive to Tanger Outlets
- 10 minute drive to Park Circle
- 20 minute drive to Sullivan`s Island
There is a driveway that can fit up to three vehicles with one covered space under the carport.
The area is best explored with your own vehicle, as most sites are around a 10 minute drive from the home and public transportation in Charleston is not very convenient.
There are Uber/Lyfts throughout Charleston if you decide to leave your vehicle at home.

***Please note that the home is located in a quiet, working class neighborhood that is in the midst of gentrification. While we feel the home is in a great location (within a 10 minute drive of almost everything) and the locals in Charleston are as friendly as they come, the OPTICS OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD MAY NOT BE FOR EVERYONE. If areas of gentrification make you feel unsafe or uncomfortable we urge you to book elsewhere. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS DUE TO THE LOCATION. Please book accordingly.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Your safety and comfort are our priority. In the unlikely event of a MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER FOR CHARLESTON COUNTY during your stay, rest assured that both the Owner/Host and the Property Management Company WILL REFUND 100% OF YOUR PAYMENTS for the dates of evacuation. Once refunded, neither party will have further liability regarding your Reservation.
Please note that ONLY MANDATORY EVACUATIONS WILL QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS. No other travel disruptions due to weather, whether in South Carolina or other states, are eligible. For protection, consider travel insurance, especially in high-risk months like hurricane season. Airbnb`s insurance or other options are recommended. We recommend looking into Airbnb`s insurance or other alternatives.
INSECTS
As Charleston is situated in a warm, coastal climate it is possible to see insects inside or outside of the home at times. These include palmetto bugs, sand gnats, mosquitoes, ants, etc. Those who live in the Lowcountry just accept this as part of living here but it may be unsettling for those from other areas. The home is treated regularly for pest control but this will not entirely eliminate insects from getting inside at times. Please do your best to not keep doors and windows open and not leave food or drinks out in the home as this will attract insects. FINDING AN INSECT IS NOT CAUSE FOR A REFUND.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A $500 damage deposit will be pulled from the card used for booking before your checkout date. If there are no claims made for damages, the full amount will be refunded back to your card within 5-10 business days.
