As our guest, you'll enjoy exclusive access to the entire estate, including all interior living spaces, beautifully appointed bedrooms, the expansive backyard, private nature trail, and outdoor entertaining areas.
Please note, the four-car garage and detached shop are not occupied but remain securely locked for owner use and are unavailable during your stay.
You will access the home via a lockbox containing the key for your convenience and privacy.
Other things to note
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, with checkout required by 10:00 AM. Parking is available for up to 10 vehicles, including the circular driveway at the front of the residence and ample space alongside the garage and in front of the detached shop. Kindly refrain from parking in the secured garage, which remains locked.
Please observe Mount Pleasant’s standard quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. For your safety and security, the property is equipped with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide alarms, and monitored outdoor security cameras.
Accessibility considerations include a single step at the front entrance. All bedrooms are conveniently located on the main level, while the bonus/game room is situated on the upper floor.
Professional housekeeping services are provided following guest checkout. Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive an exclusive digital guidebook personally curated by the homeowner, a longtime resident and parent of four, offering recommendations for family-friendly dining, activities, and local attractions.
The residence is equipped with high-speed internet access and three smart televisions for your convenience. Please be advised that this is a strictly non-smoking property, inclusive of vaping and all other forms of smoking. Any breach of this policy will result in a $5,000 fine. Outdoor security cameras are in operation for your protection.
