Que vous veniez de loin ou de quelques minutes dans la zone métropolitaine de la baie, ce quatre chambres à coucher, maison de deux niveaux est l'endroit parfait "de tout". Profitez de certains des plus beaux couchers de soleil Californie du Nord à partir de votre plage privée donnant sur le lagon.

La plage de la maison dispose d'une cuisine complète avec ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle essentielle. Parfait pour faire un repas maison après détente sur la plage en face de l'eau.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size avec vue sur la cheminée de l'eau et du gaz. La deuxième chambre a une chambre de la Reine. La troisième chambre à l'étage inférieur a également un lit king size. La quatrième chambre a un lit complet.

Le salon est parfait pour se cozied en face de la cheminée à gaz. Apportez vos DVD et lire des films sur le grand système de son surround dans le salon.

Il y a trois salles de bains pour accueillir confortablement tous les invités. Un lave-linge et sèche-linge sont à votre disposition.

2-3 voitures peuvent tenir dans l'allée. Beaucoup de stationnement dans la rue également disponible.

Excellent location, wonderful view.

We booked this property as soon as 2025 dates were released for our car race at Sonoma Raceway. It was an EXCELLENT place to stay, highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were looking for somewhere with enough space for our multi-generational family to stay. The house had plenty of space for us to spend time together, the outdoor space was lovely. It was easy to get to from the airport and close to the grocery store. Jason, was super responsive when I had a question. We will definitely book it again next time we’re in town.

Beautiful well equipped and spacious in lovely area

We enjoyed our stay. There were 6 of us and the roomy house was comfortable. We did have breakfast and cooked one dinner and found most everything we needed. The view on the deck was beautiful. And the location was convenient.

Beautiful stay! We had the best time. Super close to wineries in Sonoma & Napa. Great little oasis away from the city. We enjoyed being able to go wine tasting during the day & then relax and enjoy the water. Great stay! Owner was super responsive when we had ants entering the home and resolved quickly. Highly recommend staying here if you are planning on visiting Sonoma / Napa!

What a beautiful place to stay! Love the views from the backyard and the Open floor plan of the home! Sitting out on the dock by the water was wonderful! Such a great experience for us.

A perfect weekend with the family

We were so pleased with the house! There was plenty of room to spread out, and to be together. Everyone had a comfortable room and the family room and dining table were perfect for our gathering. The check in andcheck out were so easy.

What a Gorgeous Spot

The house is lovely and the area is wonderful. Right on the water with a great entertaining / relaxing deck and a dock. The house has lots of room and the views to the water are stunning. It needs a little TLC which we told the host about. But overall we’d highly recommend this home.

Overall the rental was decent. The water front view was amazing! The back patio and view was beautiful! The house was very comfortable and provided everything needed. There were a few issues with ants but nothing major as long as food wasn’t left out or dishes left in the sink.

Beautiful quiet house with gorgeous view!

We were a family of five adults and one teen. We absolutely loved this house! First it is in a nice quiet neighborhood and the backyard has a gorgeous water view and privacy from the neighbors. The beds were all very comfortable and the house was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the kitchen ware needed for cooking and a nice grill outside. The communication from the owner was incredible, and the ease of check-in was the best I have had for a rental. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely stay there.

Lovely space

We enjoyed the home very much especially the outdoor patio where we could have our meetings…beautiful views over the water. Two bedrooms did have ants and these were unwelcome guests! Hopefully they will be encouraged to stay outside!

I will say that we were a little anxious due to some of the signage. I think it's unfortunate that they have experienced renters that haven't upheld to basic standards before. Plenty of room, beautiful views and the communication was helpful.

Very pleasant stay.

The property was clean and well maintained. Bayside location was good. A few minor opportunities for improvement. 1. Let us correspond with homeowner directly via email. I want one email system. I do not want everyone i do business with having their own silly Inbox. 2. Would have been nice to be able tocheck in earlier .... and, yes i dont care if i have to get out earlier.

Awesome, Loved It!!!

We stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate the start of our winter break from school, it was group of 5 of us, all teachers. The entry instructions were easy, and able to get in easy. The home was immaculate and the living room couch was huge, so great for our movie night one evening after a long day of wine tasting. The outside was the best part, it wasn't too cold, so we were able to enjoy chilling outside and socializing on the patio, drinking our new wine. I've never seen a house that had its only little stretch of sand in front of the water. And the sunsets were so pretty! We are absolutely coming back here in the summer to start off our summer vacations!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The outside of this home - and the décor inside - are beautiful. It was fairly clean. There were a few issues (not enough towels, no rug to step out onto in one bathroom; large stain on rug outside of laundry closet; about 25 open bottles of condiments etc in the fridge doors, so no room for ours). There is no closet nor any storage furniture like a bureau or chest of drawers in the double bed bedroom.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house,location and facilities were as described and fully met our high expectations. But the property managers had not kept a close enough eye on it, so numerous maintenance matters had slipped, ranging from not enough plates and glasses for everyone to sit down together, through damaged window blinds, shower taps falling off to jets on the gas barbecue being so clogged it took half an hour of cleaning to get working. The property was listed on a number of sites, but we chose Trip Advisor as it was the cheapest.

Lovely place to stay. Cons: TP in master bathroom not flushed. Wet towels still in dryer at check in (Clean towels were available in all bathrooms). Many ants in the area. Tiny and stings a bit. Be careful on the Master bathroom toilet bowl. Constantly on there. If not wiped off prior to using, can get a little sting in the privates (not painful). HOWEVER, this should not detract you from renting this property. The location, layout of the home and the outdoor space is absolutely wonderful. I would rent again without hesitation, if I were to be in the area again.

The living room and two bedrooms out of 4 have a beautiful view of the keys. The house was clean and well supplied. The only downside is that I wish there were wine glasses in the cupboards. We only found two. Maybe it was to deter people from partying in the house, not sure. There’s also wasn’t any dishwasher soap pods and the smaller bedroom could use some better decor but none of these things would stop me from renting again. The house is that beautiful! Our stay was short and we were disappointed that we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor patio with fireplace, private beach and bbq. Everything looked so relaxing. We would definitely stay again.
