This unit was perfect for a trip to Fernandina Beach. The beach is just steps away from the unit, which is charming, clean, and has everything one might need for a getaway. Great hosts too, and the on sight manager, Rick was so friendly and helpful!

Mine and my family had a great stay love the peace and quiet of hearing the waves everything was perfect but for future stays it would be great if there were soap and shampoo conditioner available to use but other then that the stay was perfect

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, and we loved the easy access to the beach from the first floor. The pool was clean and the water was perfect for cooling off. The only thing I would like to have had was safely rails in the bathtubs. My husband and I are able to get in and out fine but would have felt a little more secure with a bar to hold onto.Loved the ambience when we arrived. Thank you! We will be back for sure! A second parking space would have made it perfect!

Very comfortable

Very clean,very well stocked. The beach access was amazing and the house was comfortable. It was a great place to spend time with our son and daughter in law in the evenings talking or watching tv.

Condo was just as described. Super clean. Short car or bike ride near all of the attractions. Oceanfront patio seating for four to watch an amazing sunrise each morning. Very comfortable beds. Right on the beach, so very short boardwalk to a quiet, family-friendly beach. Nice quiet small complex. Rented beach chairs and a tent with a complementary credit. Our first trip to Fernandina Beach was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Room 103

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend getaway to unwind and relax. We really enjoyed being just steps from the beach, and overall had a nice stay. That said, if you need complete darkness to sleep, this may not be the best fit..the plantation shutters didn't block much outside light. The beds were also not very comfortable, and the tub in the master shower didn't drain properly. We worked around that by using the hallway bathroom, so it didn't ruin our trip. Aside from those issues, we still had a wonderful time.

Comfortable, Great Customer Service, and Perfect Location

My family of three stayed at this unit two weeks ago, and we had a great stay. Hairdryer was missing, so when management contacted us to see how we were doing, and I mentioned. Two hair dryers were delivered within less than thirty minutes. It’s in a great location with plenty of pots, pans, beach chairs, and umbrellas. Really enjoyed our stay and looked forward to staying here again!

Another Excellent Vacation Stay!

This is our 2nd year booking with Stay Better Vacations and we were more than pleased! The rentals are immaculate upon arrival with everything you need to get started! Reservations are smooth and super easy! We love staying at Ketch Courtyard, especially this lower unit. Being on the bottom floor is very convenient and easy with our two young kids. The boardwalk to the beach is only a few steps away from the back patio! The gated pool is only steps from the front door of the unit. Our kids loved going to the pool after coming in from the beach. Everything was perfect, just as expected! We look forward to booking again with Stay Better Vacations!

Great beach access!

The condo was loaded with everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of paper products, washing products, towels, etc. Beach access is great and very convenient, literally 100 steps to the beach. We found probably 40 shark teeth the week we were there. Only improvement I feel can be made is having a broom accessible for guests to clean the sand up throughout the week, and perhaps some more beach items. There were no kids toys, or beach products or coolers, just two chairs. Renting an umbrella was easy for the stay, but not cheap. Also, the bedroom is directly next to the outside main facility entrance, noise can get a bit much in the bedrooms.

Everything was perfect!! I was very happy with how clean the place was. It’s in a quiet area with easy access to the beach and pool. The owner was quick to respond to all my questions. I just wish I had booked direct and saved some money. I’ll know next time. We will be back.
