“Ocean Dreams” is an elevated oceanfront retreat at Amelia Surf & Racquet Club, thoughtfully designed for those seeking a refined, peaceful escape.

From the moment you step inside, sweeping ocean views take center stage. Step out your private patio door for direct beach access, relax at one of two community pools, or book time with the ASRC tennis pro and play on one of four Har-Tru courts right on property.

The sparkling clean, fully equipped kitchen features quality finishes and everything you need to prepare a beautiful meal or enjoy takeout with a view. The dining table overlooks the Atlantic, turning every breakfast and sunset dinner into something memorable.

The light-filled living area offers panoramic ocean views and a large, comfortable sectional layered with plush pillows and soft throws - the perfect place to unwind after a day in the sun.

The ocean-view primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, blackout curtains for restful sleep, convenient USB outlets, and a bedside clock with Bluetooth speaker. You can also step directly onto the patio from the bedroom and begin your morning with coffee and sea air.

We love the sound of the ocean and being able to step right out of our door onto (the path to..) the beach. No elevators or stairs…. First floor is perfect for us! The unit is peacefully and tastefully decorated….. cozy couch and chairs….. sweet lanai…. Perfect for early morning coffee and sunrise! Can’t wait to go back

What a lovely 1BR condo on the beach in beautiful Amelia Island. Decor was beachy, current, and comfortable. Perfect place for two to relax after a day at the beach. Patio chairs were comfy for morning coffee and relaxing for evening wine! I can't say enough positive things about our stay at this lovely place.Communication with the owners was outstanding and very professional.

Hello from Michael and Sarah Harris! We currently live in Atlanta full time with our two cats, but we come to Amelia every chance we get. We got married in 2010 and have been coming to the Island for many years now. Obviously we fell in love with this place the first time we visited! We are so excited to offer this property to our guests; it is the second place we own at the Amelia Surf and Racquet Club. (We also own the 1BR/1BA unit next door, VRBO ID 2106981). We hope you will come visit soon!

This unit is the best of ALL worlds. First floor for easy access - but you still get to enjoy stunning ocean views from every room. It's a short walk to the pool or beach, and every inch has been beautifully updated and maintained.
