Welcome to perfection! This ground floor seaside retreat offers beautiful ocean views and tons of natural sunlight in every room! Located directly on the shores of Amelia Island, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath Amelia Surf and Racquet Club Villa features two private covered patios and has everything needed to relax and enjoy a beach getaway!

The peaceful colors used throughout invite visitors to begin to unwind while taking in the natural beauty of the shoreline all while relaxing in this comfortably furnished villa! The living area features a queen sleeper sofa, two swivel gliders and a flat screen smart TV. Two sets of sliding glass doors lead to the two separate private covered patios: one with Adirondack chairs, the other with a table and four chairs for al fresco dining or a fun card game!

The sunny kitchen is newly renovated with beautiful white cabinetry and granite countertops. It is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a home cooked meal. Full sized stacked washer and dryer are tucked neatly in the kitchen for added convenience. The dining area is just beyond the kitchen and provides seating for four at the glass topped table.

The luxurious master suite is beautifully appointed in coastal hues and is complete with a gorgeous king bed, nightstands, a dresser, a flat screen smart TV and more magnificent ocean views! Imagine starting the day on the private patio with a cup of coffee and the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach! The attached full bath features a combination bathtub/shower and lovely granite countertops.

The second bedroom is on the opposite side of the living area and is complete with one queen bed and one twin bed, nightstands and matching dresser. Unique to this floor plan, this bedroom also features gorgeous ocean views with its own private covered patio. The second bathroom offers a combination bathtub/shower and granite countertops.

Aside from the close proximity to the beach, Amelia Surf and Racquet Club has two beautiful pools, 4 Har-Tru surfaced tennis courts as well as an outdoor grilling and picnic area. Whether you're relaxing on the beach, taking a refreshing swim in the pool, taking advantage of the courts, or just enjoying the view from either of the patios this luxurious condo is the place for you!

Beautiful and Peaceful

The property is as described. It is in a beautiful and quiet location. It’s just a short walk to the beach and pool. We were provided with towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc…making our stay hassle free. We would love to stay there again!

If you love the ground floor this is a perfect location in Surf and Raquet Club. Walk easily to pool and beach. Excellent communication and easy check-in and out. People do walk by the condo but we did not mind at all. Great place!

Wonderful Stay!

This condo was very clean upon arrival, had a great starter pack of necessities and even had beach towels and beach gear for use. Property manager actually called to make sure everything was going good and asked could they do anything to make our stay better, wonderful customer service. We will be back, everything was perfect.

Quiet oceanfront location

This oceanfront condo is a perfect location for a quiet Amelia Island stay. The condo is away from the downtown hustle bustle but close to restaurants, stores and golf (with tennis on-site) and an easy drive to downtown. The best part is the quiet beach out the front door.

We've stayed at Surf and Racquet Club many times. This condo is in the best location yet. Ground floor, easy walk to the beach, view of the ocean, etc. Hope to stay here again!

Great getaway for sisters

The condo has beautiful rooms. Beach towels and chairs are provided. Convenient to St Mary’s and Fernandina Beach. Beautiful view of the sunrise. We’ll be back!

Great Stay

Our condo stay was asolutely wonderful. The condo was very nice and very clean. The decor was great. We felt like we were at home away from home. The beach and the pool were awsome! Can't wait to go back...hopefully it will be soon. i would definetly recommend this condo to everyone.

The unit was very clean and the furniture was very comfortable! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need if you choose to cook. The owner was very helpful. Look forward to returning next year!

The property is exactly as pictured -even better! Steps to the pool and beach added to the stay. So clean and well-appointed. Everything we needed was here including beach chairs. What a perfect stay in Amelia Island. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this fabulous condo. Located on the first floor, the beach and pool are just steps away, as is a grassy area that was perfect for our young kids to run around on. The unit itself was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for our family of four. Communications with the property manager were clear and prompt. Highly recommend this great spot!

50th Birthday Celebration

We absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful beach front condo! The decor is spot on and cozy and comfortable. The ocean views were amazing from every room. We loved the 2 balconies for morning coffee and evening wine listening to the waves. The location of the place is perfect to get to the beach but cozy and quiet. We loved watching the turtles and bunnies. It was the perfect place for our special celebration and we hope to visit again.

Awesome Condo

Hands down the best condo for my family. Being on the first floor put us right at the pool and boardwalk to the beach. The condo was clean, updated and decorated nicely. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We will be back next year!

We had a wonderful stay this week at the Surf & Raquet Club. Our condo was right on the beach so we could just walk outside of our door and be on the beach. The condo isteslf was extremely comfortable and spacious. We can't wait to go back!!

Great place!

The condo is exactly as it appears in the pictures but the outside pics don’t give the space justice. There is a nice green lawn area with beautiful scenery and wildlife. The kids enjoyed the space to play catch and run around. Access to both pools is just yards away along with the boardwalk to the beach.

Beautiful view with walk-out to the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable condo. The convenience of being able to walk out the slider doors to the beach is great. The place was generally clean and well-kept, although the kitchen utensils and appliances were in need of a thorough cleaning and some minor repairs. All in all, we would definitely return and stay here again.

The condo was beautiful and in a perfect location. Our daughter is in a motorized wheelchair and she could easily get in, around and out of the condo with no problems. Property management was awesome! We will absolutely be back!!

Simply the best!

I cannot recommend this apartment enough. Not only is it literally ON THE BEACH, the pool is also steps away. We would stay outside at night listening to the sea for hours. Jerri's place is so superbly kept -you can see the love with which she decorated it- we all felt easily and quickly at home. The beds are so comfortable!!! The kitchen is perfect. I could go every August from now on.
