We loved everything about the cabin! Very cozy, great location near Mount Rainier, kids enjoyed the loft bedrooms, great water pressure and temperature in the shower, fast internet. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.
If you're looking for a unique cabin minutes from Mount Rainier, look no further. The Squatch Cabin has everything you need for your family adventure. Our family loved everything about this place. Everything was super clean and they had labels everywhere making it easy to find whatever you may need. The kids enjoyed making s'mores and hanging out at the fire pit. We even had a deer in the yard one evening to keep us company. Communication with the owners was excellent. 5 star experience.
Perfect cozy cabin for our overnight stay. Loved all the little details: smore kit, games and plenty of blankets to keep everyone warm. Our boys didnât want to leave! Thank you.
Clean, cozy cabin with nice loft space making the place much more functional - having 3 beds up in the loft and still space for sofas, dining table, small kitchen, bedroom/bathroom downstairs. The only space that seemed a bit cramped was the shower. Otherwise enjoyed the extra space after moving from hotel room to hotel room. My teenage boys could spread out and my older son could practice on his drum pad without concern for anyone next door or below us. I enjoyed looking out the window to see trees and deer rather than a parking lot. Weather didn't cooperate so we weren't able to drive up past Longmire in Mt. Rainier National park, so will have to try again another time and wouldn't mind staying at this cabin again.
conveniently located cabin, everything needed for mt rainier visit
The cabin was very well stocked with supplies (cooking, extra blankets, bug spray, first aid drawer) which was very helpful and comforting to have. very clean and well taken care of. there is no AC so going in the summer was a challenge. it does get cooler at night and there are two fans but could use one more.
we did struggle to check in. I forgot to check Vrbo messages before our arrival and I had poor cellphone service so was unable to get the code to get in. I ended up calling the owner who helped us get to the emergency keys so we could get in. Check in was the only challenge of our stay. very nice cabin in the woods, safe-feeling area, plenty of parking if have multiple cars.
Nice place with everything I needed. Lots of outdoor space with fire pit, grill, and deck. It had a full kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals. It has electric baseboard heat and a wood stove. The entrance to Mount Ranier National Park Nisqually entrance is about 5 miles away. I enjoyed my stay here.
Very happy with my stay. Among the best VRBO bookings Iâve had. Cabin was cozy and very clean; kitchen was well-equipped; communication with host was prompt and easy. Hope to stay there again someday.
