Great Location with easy access (one floor up) Easy transit nearby. Great restaurants, bars, grocery, wine store, pharmacy nearby. Comfortable bedding, Nice appliances, Roomy layout - especially for NYC. If you are sensitive to City sounds or Restaurant smells, this unit is directly above a popular breakfast spot - that starts prep early! We had a great stay!

Was not as good as it looked online. Arrived around 8 or 9 pm and in order to check in was instructed to meet across the street and was instructed to pay zelle for the late check in. Ceiling leaked, bed bug on sofa, dirty kitchen, shared main entrance with a spa that had men visiting at different times. The spa was right beside the apt on the same hall. Different people what appeared to be civil summons on the apartment door. Property on said it was beyond there control and to be fair was partially refunded, but not fully. Wouldn't stay here again.

Leaking roof and paint chips in one of the bedrooms that was noted on arrival and fell and got worse each day.

Dirty kitchen floor with dishwasher that looks like its coming undone

Not Accurately Depicted

The location was excellent, close to many restaurants and nearest train station was about a 5 to 7 minute walk. My issue was that the property was very dusty (floors and fixtures). Also the walls were dirty in certain areas, paint stains on the floor. Just not very presentable. The pictures do no accurately reflect the condition of the unit.Furniture also had noticeable stains. The owner needs to invest in the unit to make it more attractive. You can tell the bathroom tub and shower were painted over to make it look better, but paint is already starting to chip. Lastly, the cafe downstairs has workers that come in the early morning for catering and they play very loud music. If you are a light sleeper, which I am, then this isnt the place for you.

Stunning!

This apartment is so beautiful! I definitely enjoyed my stay in here. The bathroom was super clean and stunning. All the place was super clean tho, which is actually super important for me. The host was always very attentive.

Großstadt-Flair hautnah

Nach anfänglichen Herausforderungen (kein Strom, keine Heizung, falsches WIFI-Passwort) haben wir uns schnell eingelebt. Lage der Wohnung ist topp, da sehr zentral gelegen. Lautstärke ist Großstadt-typisch. Leider liegt ein Schlafzimmer direkt über dem Küchen-/Lieferanteneingang mit laut-knallender Tür, die ab 5 Uhr früh betätigt wurde. Empfehlung: Oropax und Schlafmaske tragen. Ansonsten alles top und bequem. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Not as pictured

The apartment was very dirty when we arrived. The pictures did not accurately show this apartment. Very noisy due to cafe below, booming music all day. Check in was not pleasant as woman that checked us in did not speak any English. The host did fix things quickly and best he could. The second to last night the ceiling leaked on my daughter in her bed. It was clearly a previous problem not fixed prior to our stay. The host sent someone to fix it and they did a very strange and poor temporary fix. We had to move out of the room completely. We made the best of the stay and do appreciate things being somewhat fixed in a timely manner, but I was not an easy stay. The bathroom is in very poor shape not at all like pictured. Not sure stunning is what I would call this apartment. Somewhat adequate is more like it.

Perfect NYC Getaway

My wife and I brought our 3 year old son to enjoy the city and were very pleased with this apartment! The location couldn’t be beat being walkable to Grand Central and so many subway stations. There was a nice park nearby and so many good restaurant options. The size of the apartment was ideal and everything was clean and operational. The apartment unit was safe and secure and we liked how it was on the main level with minimal stairs.

We really enjoyed location. Easy to catch cab/uber. Apartment was clean and plenty of room. Would definitely stay here again! Great communication from property manager and all involved.

LOCATION!

Wonderful stay. Being from NYC for over 30 years I viewed the experience differently-we wanted to be an uber ride away from things that we wanted to do...this place was great for that, super clean, small, but it's NYC, we expected this. We arrived in 100 degree heat, normally fine but one bedroom had no air conditioning, this was a bummer but we survived it. I highly recommend this place for location, convenience and cleanliness. One last note, pack light, there are a flight of stairs. Overall an A for a one week stay.

The apartment includes a washing machine!!

I totally recommend this apartment, I stayed for just one day but I would have loved to stay in this apartment for my entire stay in the city, I felt very comfortable and relaxed, it has a fairly spacious bedroom and I slept like a queen in the bed. It is a super point in favor, that it has a washing machine and a dryer, I had some clothes to wash and in NY that service is very expensive. Each area of the apartmentall are exactly the same as the photos, and loved that the host was super attentive to my arrival time.
