We had a great four night stay here. The views of the city are amazing. I enjoyed going to sleep every night watching the Manhattan skyline from the Empire State Building to the buildings around Central Park. And the sunrises were an equally amazing way to wake up. Getting around the city was easy as the M42 bus stop is just across the street.

we were met and taken to our apartment. It was a great apartment with very comfortable beds and loved having two bathrooms. The views were incredible! Great area.

This property looked exactly like it does in the VRBO listing—beautiful and just as pictured. The views were absolutely amazing, and I’d definitely stay here again if I had the chance.

Perfect stay for our long weekend in NYC

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this very clean property in NYC. We were a group of 4 on a Broadway weekend trip. Easy walk to subway station and even easier walk if you want to stroll along the Hudson River. The views are fantastic and really added to our weekend to feel right in the middle of it all. Is very clean which is always appreciated. Host answers any inquiries quickly and also suggested options when asked. We ate out for all our meals, but the kitchen is certainly equipped if you wanted to eat in. The only issue to recommend is to make sure you know how to unlock the entry door before the check in is over. I was able to do it, but others in my party did have a difficult time. It was a turn clockwise and then again counter clockwise until the top lock clicks open. Like I said - just takes practice but someone may find this helpful! We will certainly consider staying here again if we return.

Great views, location and unit. After reading some of the reviews, we went in knowing there wasnt a lot of towels and wash cloth provided (true) so we brought some of our own and that one of the bed room isnt really a bedroom just a section of the living room thats scetioned off, because of that we had an amazing time and wasnt disappointed by anything. Awesome views from the unit very convenient to time square, pier 81 for the harbor lights tours, 9th St. for great restaurants, the subway, the bus stops and tons more. Very Responsive host.

Schlechte Kommunikation

Die Zugangsdaten waren fĂŒr 3 Tage vor Anreise zugesagt. Auch auf Nachfrage erfolgte keine Reaktion. Dann die bittere Überraschung: In der Nacht vor Anreise kam kurz vor Mitternacht eine Stornierung, weil wohl kein Wasser im Hause zur VerfĂŒgung steht. Alles sehr suspekt, insbesondere, da der Mietpreis drei Monate im voraus in voller Höhe zu entrichten war.

VRBO was cancelled while we were traveling to New York, no communication from the host the week of. Barely apologized. Worst experience of our life , had to scramble to find a hotel that was more expensive and did not have a kitchen so we were not able to buy groceries and had to eat out every night causing even more money spent

The location and the view were perfect. The apartment was okay but it was only one bedroom with another bed in the dining room. Kitchen utensils and dishes were barely adequate for 4 people. Also only 4 towels for 4 people.

four day vacation in new york city. we prefer the extra room of an apartment over a hotel. our stay here did not disappoint. everything was as listed. we were very satisfied and would like to stay again in the future.

Great place and location. However, we were disappointed that it’s listed as a 2 bedroom. It’s a one bedroom. Then a mattress and frame in the living room. They had a wicker screen to separate it’s area for what they described as for privacy.
