ABOUT THIS PLACE
The apartment complex has onsite amenities including a gym, secured garage parking, two outdoor courtyards, grills, fire pits, seating, and workspaces with printers.
This fully furnished luxury apartment has two king beds, a unit washer and dryer, central AC and heating, a fully equipped large kitchen, 65-inch TV in the living room and 50-inch TVs in the rooms, a desk for business travellers, and is great for short or long stays.
THE SPACE
This spacious 1,150 square foot 2 story townhouse has two full bathrooms on the top floor and on the first floor, there is a half bath. The large 6-seater table in the dining room and a cozy living room with a sectional couch, additional closet room and designated working space. There is a private attached balcony and a comfortable full-size air mattress with separate sheets and blankets.
Very safe and central location with a secured entry into the building (You cannot enter the building without a key) with easy access to all of Boulder. Restaurants, shopping and grocery stores are within walking distance as well as local public transportation plus bike paths. This complex has a bike score of 96/100!
All utilities including high speed internet are included, optional additional fees include;
Underground attached heated garage parking with a designated spot, there is bike parking in the garage as well.
We are Pet friendly. Pets are $100 per month per pet
This townhouse styled apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The complex requires us to do a background check on all residents and sign a lease prior to your move in date. After we accept your reservation, we will send these to your email and must be done within 48 hours of accepting the reservation or we will have to cancel your reservation with a full refund back to you.
Cannot have any criminal history or evictions
There is a non-refundable $40 fee per applicant over 18 for the background check

This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. You will also be given the choice between authorizing a damage deposit of $500, or a non-refundable damage waiver of $35.
