There is central air conditioning as well as window air conditioners for the upstairs bedrooms. Wildwood and Cape May beaches are nearby as well as the New Jersey lighthouse State Park, Higbee Beach by the Cape May Canal, and the beautiful Cox Creek Nature Preserve with a fishing lake and asphalt walking paths located right in the Villas on Bayshore Road. 236 Sunset, LLC offers proximity to all the finest features of Jersey Shore living: excellent restaurants, taverns, wineries and beaches.
