Set in a quiet street in Condesa, close to restaurants and cafes, this 3 floor 1930s art deco home was recently renovated.

We promise you, there isn't a corner of this house that you will not fall in love with.

The main host, an interior and furniture designer, conceived this home as his Mexico City pied-a-terre. Inspired by the Zapotec culture, he filled this space with color, bold shapes, limestone monoliths and tropical hardwood furniture. A house made for entertaining and to escape the buzz of the city, which can be done in the sexy interiors or in one of the plant filled terraces.

The house features a rotating collection of photography and objects d’art by Mexican artists as well as the host’s design work and pieces from his vintage personal collection.

But this house is not just all looks… In the kitchen you will find a professional stove and an array of small appliances. Washrooms offer potent showers and lavender scented, all natural, paraben free toilettries. In the bedrooms, top quality mattresses and portuguese cotton percal linens are the perfect match to the quiet surroundings for a great night of sleep. The house also offers 1000 MB Wifi and Sonos Speakers.

The property spreads over three floors, so there is plenty of space to gather, and also to find some quiet solo time.

No Smoking Indoors: Smoking indoors can leave behind unpleasant odors and potentially damage the furniture. Please do not smoke inside the apartment, building, or right outside of it.
No Parties or Events: To promote a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, we kindly ask that you avoid hosting parties or events at the property
Quiet Hours: Respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down between 11 pm and 8 am
Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in is after 3 pm, and check-out is by 11am. We appreciate your cooperation
Damage and Breakage Policy: If anything gets damaged during your stay, please let us know promptly
Proper Waste Disposal: Dispose of trash and recyclables in the designated bins, please follow the rules or your apartment/building
No Unregistered Guests: For security reasons, only registered guests are allowed on the property
Parking: If your property offers parking for guests, please be mindful of other residents and park in designated areas. Do not block the property entrances, Please avoid parking in front of fire hydrants, driveways, or any other restricted zones. Guests are responsible for following parking rules and regulations. Please note that there are parking meters in several areas of the city. The Host is not responsible for damages, theft or incidents that may happen during the stay"
