Welcome to our stunning 5-bedroom house in the heart of La Condesa, one of the most vibrant and trendy neighborhoods in Mexico City! This spacious and stylish home boasts an incredible rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of the city skyline, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring all that the area has to offer.

As you enter the house, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy living space, complete with comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. The modern and fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing your favorite meals, while the adjacent dining area provides ample space for enjoying them with family and friends.

The bedrooms are all beautifully decorated and furnished with high-quality linens and bedding, ensuring a comfortable and restful night's sleep. With two king-sized beds and six twin-sized beds, this home can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests.

We are a retired US couple who, with our 3 adult daughters & their partners, stayed here 5 nights, enjoying every moment! The beautiful walkable neighborhood & nearby restaurants were amazing! We journeyed both into & out of the city, but this amazingly comfortable home was perfect for 8! We spent relaxing family time on rooftop & enjoyed the art displayed throughout the home!

Quiet neighborhood with nearby cafes and book store and church and walking path. One peculiarity is no bathroom on first floor. Otherwise, plenty of space with a nice roof top sitting area with a bathroom on the roof top. Host was very attentive to our needs.

Excellent Choice

I stayed here with three friends and we had a great experience. The accommodations were fantastic, the house was clean and well furnished, and the location was perfect. We also really enjoyed the outdoor area upstairs so we could soak in the awesome weather. The hosts were helpful and very responsive when we had questions. I would definitely stay here again when in Mexico city.

Wonderful stay

Great property in a wonderful location. Check-in process was simple and plenty of room for our group of friends. Fully stocked kitchen so we were able to make meals in the house with a lovely table downstairs and upstairs on the rooftop as well. Comfortable beds and hosts were readily available and communicative to any issues that arose.

A great house in a great neighborhood

We were very happy with our stay in this beautiful Condesa house. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the rooftop in particular was really amazing for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. The location cannot be beat, right in the heart of the beautiful Condesa neighborhood and a close walk to many cafes, bars and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful property in amazing location!!

We stayed at this beautiful artistic complex in condesza in Mexico City before our wedding in San Miguel and we loved it. The rooms and home were beautiful. We were in walking distance of nice bars, restaurants and museums. Communication from the host was quick and helpful. Would recommend anyone staying here for any occasions.

Fantastic house in a great neighborhood

We have been to CDMX a few times so it was the perfect place to bring our friends together to celebrate my wife's birthday. The house itself was great - lots of space and very comfortable. Condesa is a great neighborhood in itself and also close to other areas with lots to see and do. The roof was a terrific space for a large group to convene and enjoy the weather. Perfect for group visits or families (we also had our one-year old daughter with us). Highly recommended!

The perfect home in Condesa for a larger group

This home is in an absolutely awesome and safe neighborhood. Great restaurants and Cafe's within minutes of walking. Very easy to go for a morning run and get around Mexico City. The rooftop deck was great for our retreat. The neighborhood was very quiet. Host communicated very very well.

Beautiful and clean home but loud parties outside

We had a very comfortable stay. The house is amazing. It was large and had many beds. The rooftop was very large with semi comfortable seating. The only issue we had which was a big deal was for the people who stayed in the two rooms next to the front of the house could not sleep until the parties were over at 3am! If you will be up late then it’s not a problem, but otherwise you should stay in the inner rooms or elsewhere!

Nice house in great location

Altogether we were 8 people (four couples). We had a very nice experience in this property. The rooftop deck was great, although be aware that it is about three flights up a spiral staircase. The neighborhood is fantastic. We could walk to many parks and restaurants. Would definitely return and recommend to others. My ratings:1. Communications with hosts: 5 out of 52. Ease of checking in: 5 out of 53. Ease of checking out: 5 out of 54. Neighborhood 10 out of 55. Comfort of beds: 5 out of 56. Washer/Dryer: 5 out of 57. Bathrooms: 4.5 out of 5 (hot water takes a while and could use a few more washcloths)8. Kitchen: 4.75 out of 5 (Would have given 5 out of 5 but the coffee maker didn't work well).

Good location and house fit all 10 of us. We did have a little trouble with the water not always working, but overall wasn’t a huge problem. Loved the rooftop deck and great response from property managers-even at midnight when I realized I hadn’t been given the right key to lock the door-they came! We recommend this house and would stay there again!
