What a lovely little cottage in a perfect getaway location! We will definitely try and return soon for an another inter-island getaway. Joanne and Holly were super responsive and helpful.

I would highly recommend this cottage. The location was amazing! Great snorkeling and paddle boarding right across the road. The property manager was very accommodating and responsive. Would love to rent this place again!

The little cottage at Anini Beach is a sweet little place to stay for a few days. The location to the water is hard to beat. It was also a treat to watch the sunset from this spot. We enjoyed the use of the beach chairs and the paddle boards. The air conditioning is in the bedroom only and it did get pretty warm during the day in the rest of the cottage, even with the windows open and the fans running. We also were surprised at the frequency of traffic on the dirt road between the cottage and the beach. It is a dead end road and the cottage is near the end of it. It seemed that most of the cars were seeing where the road went and they they would come back by to find their beach spot. Overall it was a unique experience in a special, memorable location on Kauai.

Our stay in the boathouse on Anini beach

This rental is amazing! The boathouse is charming and has everything you need and the yard and gardens are beautiful. You are steps away from Anini beach, which in our opinion is the best beach on the island 🙂

A beautiful location with a rustic and peaceful home base. The steps up into the bathroom and bedroom can be a bit tricky if you’re not paying attention. Great spot for hoeymooners and someone who appreciates peace and tranquility.

Property is well cared for and has lots to offer! Property manager communicates promptly and works to make sure your needs are met, they worked with us so that we could use the beach chairs after our checkout time. Would def go back!!!

This place was a little piece of heaven! Just as described! The perfect place for our little family of three to enjoy vacation time! You won’t get a better location! Steps to the beach with great snorkeling! It’s well equipped! We enjoyed the paddle boards and beach supplies! Can’t wait to return! Host was attentive to our needs! My wife and I have come to Kauai every year in different properties ,this boat house is the most beautiful we ever been, the location steps to the water is amazing, Jimmy the manager of as very helpful and friendly ..we are looking for come back n hopefully next year

excellent location and well equipped home

This was our fist visit to Kauai and the location of this house was terrific on private beach with Kilauea and Hanalei nearby. The king bed was comfortable and we appreciated the full size fridge, the ample towels, washer and dryer, beach chairs, umbrella and bogie boards. The kitchen was well stocked and the high quality blender made making pina coladas a delight. Very cute and would highly recommend.

Charming cottage right on a snorkeling-haven beach

Wonderful stay at the charming boat house cottage. Anini beach is quite literally a stones throw away. Comfortable stay for 2 people and was a perfect home base for us to snorkel across the road (so many sea turtles!) and zip off in our car to explore the rest of the North Shore. We wanted to avoid the touristy resort scene and this far exceeded our expectations for a comfortable and unique stay in one of the most beautiful places in the world.

This was just as described and we loved the location. We wish it hadn’t rained so much, but weather happens. Excellent response from Stephanie when we had a question. Highly recommended.

Quaint cottage fully-equipped on gorgeous quiet beach

From start to finish, everything was perfect. We were lucky to stay here for three weeks - days of exploring, hiking, helicopters, boating - then the pure joy of coming “home” to our cottage and beach to swim and snorkel. Outdoor hot shower the best! Location on the north shore ideal, groceries and restaurant and weekly farmer’s market nearby. Highly recommend !!!!

Exactly what we were hoping for....

Sweet & cozy private-feeling, not-too-precious cottage in a lush rainforest-y microclimate directly across a quiet sandy dead-end road from the beach. [Careful wading ok, not ideal for swimming as there is dangerous rip/two channels to the left of the house) An easy drive into Hanalei -- also super low-key & vibey -- as well as near stunning hiking.

Charming

Everything we expected and more! The cottage was Like stepping back in time. So many interesting objects to discover. Truely unique! The location was incredible! Quiet and private but just a short drive to everything you need. The beach right out the front door, and the beautiful gardens behind the cottage were spectacular!
